[FM 2015] Advanced Rules Editing Help

Hi I'm new to FM  and especially editing, but in FM 15 I'm trying to make the european competitions (UCL and UEL) based on their 19-20 edition. And I also decided to make the Cup Winners' Cup and Intertoto Cup (this one in a new format a little based off the future Europa Conference League), but I simply can't make it work. If someone can adjust for me and/or show me where it's wrong and how to make it right, I'll gladly appreciate it.
