Yeah, that's a good advice for you.  Do you think that a player who is passionate about reflex-based games is a future FM player ? Nobody says that FM is perfect. Can be improved. But is not necessary to ask for special graphic performances. There are enouth games that have great graphics ... but nothing else.  And they are not cheap at all.

Why wouldn't they be? Even in this community there is a thread for COD. I'm willing to bet that there are players who played COD first and then became fans of FM. Are you willing to bet that that never happens?

You've completely missed the context of the discussion, which you would have figured out if you actually read the opening post (which is about the match engine, and not glittery graphics) and bothered to think about what's written instead of jumping to conclusions with smartass trollish comments how no-one is playing COD. It's not about graphics, it's about minimal specs being low on the basis that a lot of customers would get left behind if they were increased, and as a result of that the game is not improving as quickly as it could. Min spec requirements don't bottleneck just the graphics, but the match engine itself. The better the processor, the more computations it can run. The more computations it can run, the more variables and parameters can the match engine solve.  The more variables and parameters the match engine can solve, the closer we are to a game where wingers cross, strikers don't miss 9/10 one-on-one's, the AI can build competitive squads and counter human tactics and there's no single style that is meta, like gegenpress is now.

I'm not the one trolling. You're the one talking nonsense about "the most popular FPS requring only 250 MB of RAM" and that COD has 100 to 200 players. If you don't want to be called a troll, don't write something that's obviously nonsense.
