Strange advice or strange tactic?

Hi. I was just wondering about my ass mans tactical advice, if it's a bug or just strange?

I'm managing Liverpool, first season, and use a Positive, short passing, - tactic that I've used before on other saves that has worked well. But so far before every game, even against Brighton (A) and West Ham (H) my ass man tells me we should change to Cautious or Defensive. Even tough the odds clearly has us as favorites (we're Liverpool, we're supposed to challenge for the title). I've played many season with Liverpool on FM20 and I've never seen this before, usually my ass man thinks I should go attacking instead of positive. The ass man is Klopp's former ass man, Peter Krawietz, who has good stats, especially in tactical knowledge.

This is my first save with Liverpool since the last update, but I've never seen something like this before. Is it something wrong with my tactic that I've overlooked do you think or is this more likely just a strange bug/bad advice?

Do not pay attention to what the ass man says, because his suggestions are based on his own tactical preferences. Simple as that.
