Can't see all players in scouting

Im arsenal 2023 and i have the full scout senior and youth packages, yet i cant see all the players, for example mbappe is worth 100million but on my players list the max is 63M

 

 I have no conditions added so all players should be there. Ive tried looking at 15 million at least, to reduce the list incase if was because the list was too full, but still no sign of these expensive players

 

I dont have player interested in transfer selected so its not that.

 

Im confused! My scouting knowledge is at 39% but everyone knows mbappe so why is he not there?

Theres probably some hidden wonderkids im missing, i cant be bothered going through the top clubs to look for them.

 

Am i missing something simple???
