Sharkn20 Posted August 25, 2020 Share Posted August 25, 2020 I am in year 2034 of my FM20 save, and there is a ridiculous amount of "inconsistent" Regens generated, easily 80% of the Regens have the "Inconsistent" trait in their personalities, the AI ignores this in their squad creation and therefore the level of competitiveness gets significantly lower. Please resolve this for FM21 and onwards. It's okay to have some inconsistent players as it gives more variety to personalities, but 80%?
