How to remove loan restrictions?

hey, i really like to buy bunch of players, improve and sell them and in this process, loan is a requirement. But when i was playing, my loan transfer(my player to another team) is rejected due to rule of -maximum players available to loan above 22 years old is 6-. Can i remove it? Or there is a mod that would fix that? I know that its sensible but, its not my style to play. I searched for a while but couldn't see anything about that. Can you help me?

This is correct, new FIFA regulations to curb down player hoarding and farming out.
