How do I make a striker based tactic?

I’m trying to play as Spurs due to a agreement with a friend. I’m trying to make a tactic based around Harry Kane but have no idea how to. I don’t know what tactic to use or how to enable a striker.

Do you at least have an idea about the formation you intend to use (e.g. 4231, 4123 wide. 442, 4411, narrow diamond, wide diamond etc.)? 

Basically, if you want to make a tactic built around a particular player, you can give him the role that suits him best in terms of his player attributes (and traits to some degree) and then set up other roles and duties so as to optimally interact with his role. That's a simple answer though. For a more specific one, you'll need to provide more info on your intended style of play, formation you wanna use and stuff like that.
