Makes literally 0 sense how the ai big teams alway play 4231 with mezzala in their pivot with dlp both on support and they dominate you with no problems and you cannot counter attack them. It’s nonsense! Then your own tactic which is far more balanced than the ai’s just gets battered away for no reason even when you have a superior tram with superior players.

If you cannot counter-attack, that likely means that their mentality is on balanced with low to standard tempo, play out of defence and maybe even time wasting on sometimes. That would result in them being patient with their approach and not allowing you many opportunities to counter-attack them. If they batter you every time, then your tactic might not be suitable for those teams. No way to know unless you post the tactic.
