BamBamBam
What do you set your training intensity at? Mine is currently: No pitch or gym work at under 59% Half intensity at 60-69% And normal for all the rest. Should 90% condition be set at Double intensity? I think @Seb Wassell can explain better here, as explained to me in PM. Individual intensity has to do with X player personal workload, how hard or soft will train. How hard or soft is your training sessions, is something different. Automatic setting, player will follow what you have set at Rest tab in Training Category. Why switch to "automatic"? Player after recovering from injury, is not a wise idea to put it on double intensity or normal.
