Wolf_pd Posted July 3, 2020 Share Posted July 3, 2020 Yes, it is possbile. Via Advanced Rules you can do this. Before you start, just realise a few things. The game will not stop the teams from buying foreigners, it just can't play them. Adding the rule to not buy players other than English/British can also be added. If you check the advanced rules forum you already might find a few good explanation.
