What are the intensive graphics options?

despite my graphics card being rated 5 star by the game and according to hwmonitor,  it never going above 70pc, the match engine lags badly with my 8 processor threads maxing out at 100pc

Which of anti liasing,  shadows etc are the most power hungry, processor wise?

Can you tells us which graphic card you own?

Its an older alienware m15x, I installed an amd firepro m6100 which as I say game rates as 5 star and does the job with max of 70pc usage

 

The processor is old too, but 1.8ghz with max of 2.6ghz, 4 cores 

 

I know its old, but spec wise should easily handle medium settings surely
