north_london_fan
DPMM are a club based in Brunei that currently play in Singapore. They have also played in both their own country's league and in Malaysia. As of the start of the save, the Brunei national team sit at 195th in the World rankings. I will take charge of both these teams and see where that takes me.
north_london_fan
2019 preseason update: We went unbeaten in 4 friendly games. After an initial look at the DPMM squad, I figured we were weak at full back and in net and some more depth at midfield would not go a miss. So during this window so far I have brought 4 new players into the team. We now have a new first choice gk and rb at the club. In net will be Ron and to the right of him we have Mohd. The other 2 players are central midfielder cover. So far no one has been let go.
Bristol CityFC1981
Always fancied trying this. I assume you produce Brunei players in youth. Also can you qualify for Asian champions league etc representing Singapore?

According to the league rules, there does not seem to be anything that says we can not play in continental competitions. But, I could be wrong.
north_london_fan
End of the first half of 2019 with DPMM: At the halfway point in the league, we currently sit top of the league. The only time we have dropped points in a match so far was a 1-1 away draw with Niigata Unicorn. This season, the board expect us to challenge for the league title and then win it next year. The 2 first team signings at gk and rb have settled in well. With the goalkeeper keeping 8 clean sheets so far. Unfortunately Mohd, at full back, got injured after 7 games where he played very well. I just hope he comes back in similar form. Other players who have impressed so far, are the likes of winger Mohd, midfielder Mohd and striker Andrey who have 33 goal involvements between them. north_london_fan
End of the first half of 2019 with Brunei: So far we have won every game and are through to the second round of qualifying for the World Cup. We beat Guam over two legs in the earlier round. For the next round of qualifiers, we drew big teams like Japan and India to name a couple. If we can beat India over the two games, I hope we can advance as 1 of the 4 2nd best placed teams. The best performing national team players were striker Mohd and winger Azriel. Neither of these two play for my club side. We have rose up to 183rd in the World rankings.
Peter G
Foreign Clubs can't qualify from Singapore I seem to recall? Can win the title though and develop that way.
