Tactic lacking punch

need some help my tactic is lacking the killer instinct, cant seem to create any chances.

Im no expert but before even looking at your player roles, the team instructions are a bit all over the place.

a lot of telling your team to do one thing, then at the same time to do the complete opposite.

Who's the goalscorer, here? Of the three players with attack duties, none are on roles that will get them into goalscoring positions with regularity. The DLF drops deep often, the W stays wide, and the MEZ doesn't tend to get into the box too often. The IF is the most goalscoring role there, but he's on Support.

I fear this tactic is overly ambitious for a team like Stoke, even though the setup of roles and duties does not look (too) bad in and of itself. But instructions are needlessly aggressive, in both the defensive and attacking phases of play.
