hume1903 Posted May 10, 2020 Share Posted May 10, 2020 Hi, I'm new to this site and pretty new to FM. Got FM20 Touch and playing via a Nintendo Switch. Early in my Assistant left for a Manager's job. I have searched for a replacement and placed adds. Right now I had 27 interested applicants but cannot seem to negotiate or appoint anyone. I read somewhere there should be an approach to sign button to start discussing terms within the profile. I don't have that option though. Could this be a bug or should I be doing something else? Musestar Posted May 10, 2020 Share Posted May 10, 2020 It is maybe to do with your remaining wage cap? The other alternative is that your clubs rating isn’t good enough to attract them currently. You may have to go for someone who are a star or so less. Usually on promotion you can then get better staff in, as the clubs rating rises.
