SuperSafe Adam Posted May 8, 2020 Share Posted May 8, 2020 Does anyone have any experience with developing coaches in FM - increasing their attributes? Other than sending them on coaching courses (which doesn't seems to develope them much other than giving them a more fancy coaching badge) I haven't found another way to do it. Also, I've tried giving current players coaching courses up to Continetial Pro License with the result of them being almost completely useless coaches. These are players that have long term plans to be coaches and by their attributes seems to make them good candidates (good determination, leadership skills fitting personality). What is the point of having this function in the game if you cannot develope good coaches? Any success with this anyone? Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
