Nationalteam squad selection

I have 23 players in my Italy squad. Unfortunately I have 3 injured players and need to swap them with 3 new players. How can I do that? Where do I find players who are not selected already and how can I nominate them? I clicked already on show „available“ players, but still see only the same 23 players as before.

Go to the national pool and call them up from there
