HELP REQUIRED - ONLINE SAVE

I have started an online save with friends in 2026, we have scouted 1000’s of players who all initially appear in the assignments, scout priorities section. After moving forward 1 or 2 days all these players completely disappear from being scouted and go into the analyst priorities section and we need to scout them all over again.

When doing this we never get any reports back and it’s like we never asked to scout them in the first place - can anybody explain why this is happening and what we can do to change it?

The only thing I can think of is that there is a setting somewhere in the scout assignment page that transfers the reports?  Are the players still visible if you go to scouting, scouted players?

First photo you can see all the players I am wanting to scout on the scout priorities list, 4 days later and there all gone and when I click on a player that was on the list I have 0 report for them? 

is there something in the settings / set up as to why this is happening?
