Why so greedy? Help me

Hey community 👋 

There seems to be times when my strikers decide to shoot, despite being so unlikely to score (e.g tight angel or obviously going to be blocked) AND there's always at least a cross on. This seems to happen most often on the break. Guilty culprits in my team are mainly Greenwood and Laurito. How do I get them to pass/cross to each other (or someone else sometimes) when it's the better play than shooting, without discouraging them from shooting (I imagine using the individual player tactics to force that is going to cause them to be less gun shine in general...)?

Anyone else experiencing this?

you are not the only one but i hope it's more about a teamwork+mentality thing than a bug. I've witnessed that kind of pass on FM20 only one time.

Although even those that can be seen already look quite problematic.
