create custom world cup with fixtures

 hello.

i'm trying to create a custom world cup who will take held in UK (all 4 nations)

i'm trying to set stadiums in "stadium pool" screen:

 

but when i set the stadiums in fixtures screen like this:

When i test the database, there isnt a match between the stadiums that i definded to the fixtures.

 The stadiums are setted randomly and not the way i wanted it to be.
