Chief Scout

When I replace my Chief Scout with another, I lose all my scouting reports. Is it supposed to be this way? It doesn't seem logical that when you fire your Chief Scout, he deletes all the scouting reports.

This makes me reluctant to get a new (and better) Chief Scout with better attributes or a higher Size of Scouting Team.

This happens on my game too. The way I see it is in Touch, the chief scout role encompasses the entire scouting team you would have in full fat FM. By firing or replacing him, you replace the whole team of people. Your scouting knowledge and reports comes from this team of people so if they no longer work for you, you don’t have access to their reports.
