Jimbokav1971 Posted March 18, 2020 Share Posted March 18, 2020 While @Makoto Nakamurasmashed it as expected, (in less time than it took me to do a single shift at work I might add), I feel that his greatest achievement has been overlooked by everyone. To the best of my knowledge, I think he now becomes only the 2nd person in FM history to get a GK to score 20 goals a season. It's a really impressive milestone and there were quite a few free-kicks in there rather than just all penalties, (I think I counted 6 free-kicks). Seriously, this is a big big deal. I'm no playing in Wales and loving it. What I liked about the way you played with how bold you were in your decisions. You were.... clinical. You just made your decisions and went with it. I have been ready your adventure in Wales, I think a good reason this joint save has been great has been to see other peoples work and get interested again I kinda did the small thing with Metalist, took a 2nd div team to back to back wins in the Champions League. I am looking at clubs right now, Slovenia seems nice and they are a very tiny country, I also prefer the vanilla game and not imported DBs as I get paranoid they will break.. I really enjoy the Eastern Side of Europe, the West does not interest me. If nobody comes forward then after @smp20 has finished his season it will go back to the top and @wynter will actually have a season where he has to play some games! I've made the decision not to change the order but keep it as it is. It wouldn't be fair if somebody near the top draws near the bottom and has to wait another age for their next turn. This save has no end goal. Win as much as possible in as many places as possible I suppose. In the 2nd Division Mexico but with Secure Finances. Offer of a 4mil TB was interesting and the club had been founded in 2014. Assumed there was some serious bankrolling going on and that it had the potential to be a fun option in challenging the established Mexican clubs. 4* Youth Facilities, emphasis on Yute development and fans of Controlling/Attacking gootball. I very nearly hit accept, but as you can see it was December and my plan was very nearly possible. A plan I say? When I took over from Mako I loaded one more league, One which wasn't available til January but one I was also happy to wait for if nothing too attractive came up. Where are we going? Colombia operates on a different time-span. It starts Jan and Ends December. Rather than doing Half-Seasons each, Andrew proposed that I play this season to the end. Then we all run one season at a time, so the Europe Model, just an 18 month layover from my end as we get up and running in South America. If anyone has problems let us know The Squad A very brief squad look. Overall it's a decent team, held up by two very brilliant tallents. Aasruud is this beastly monster of a man who pulls the strings in the final third. And when Aasruud sets them up. Barrios will slot them home. Problems We have mass shortages in the defensive side. Absolutely no quality CBs and our Right Flank is dreadful. Investing in defence is my focus. Advantages The side actually has a LOT of potential. We have a nice Youth Set-Up to really invest in if we put our mind to it. And yeah, up front is stacked. Tactic Changing Lanes What I'll be running for the immediate future. If your personal circumstances have changed then I'm sure there will be someone else free who can pick up the baton. I would also say, there is absolutely no need to be intimidated by the performances of the likes of @Kingofcm03& @Makoto Nakamura. Nobody is expecting everyone to be able to perform wonders like them. No matter how well or badly you do it's really not a problem. Borkovic One of our Rijeka starlets was out of favour and he popped up in our scouting pool. 500k for a BPD, takes up a Foreign Player slot but we released two of the players who had been previously so he adds solid steel to our backline.
