I've got a player who threw a hissy fit when I offered him out (I'm managing in the MLS) and as a result, I have agreed not to sell him 'for the foreseeable future' which actually turns out to be over 600 days. The problem I now have is, as an AMC, he won't get the game time he, probably, deserves and is wanted by 6 different teams. How much of a negative effect will it have on my team if he leaves? The other players won't be upset over the broken promise, but they could get upset over the player being sold, because they like him or it weakens the squad, but that is a new problem.
