TOMetz Posted November 24, 2019 Share Posted November 24, 2019 Hi all In previous versions of the game I had no problems finding how to let my U21 manager choose his preferred formation for the U21's instead of mimicking the first team's formation. Pedroig Posted November 24, 2019 Share Posted November 24, 2019 IF you do NOT check "Use first squad formation" then your sub-squads managers will pick their formations. However, if your first squad formation/tactic is pretty close to their preferred style, formation, mentality they will simply use it.
