That's absolutely brilliant, Will you be releasing this version any time soon? I want to start a new game but with this new skin..

I'll never understand why the maker's of FM don't look at fan made skins like yours when they are designing the new game. It's so obvious most people who play the game don't like the skin they come up with.

Alternative player profile version in Dark & Purple

The rest of the skin is almost the same as the v2.0 version, I only tweaked some small things in human profile.

Did you see that after the 20.3 update from SI the page is scrolling if you go to the search:

I'm not sure what you exactly mean but the searching works alright in my game/skin.

OK. I downloaded your new version and everything is ok. I mean: If i go over the searching it scrolls down. And this at every panel. It´s at a lot of skins, but not at all.

Maybe it's because I didn't edit the searching bar. I only noticed they added the scrolling option and "show more results" text at the bottom. Maybe it was here already and I didn't notice before, I'm not sure.

what before version? If you will open the download link, there are all released version so far. The skin is absolutely the same as before, only the player profile related panels were changed.

You don't have to download the version with the Alternative player profile if you don't want to use it. You can have the previous one. Or the original one.

The FM19 DF11 version of the player profile screen was made with the player picture + shirt below the picture. I had as one version for my skin, I'm sure you will be able to edit it.

That's not the profile I thought. This is how it looks when I took the default dark skin and I added the DF11 panels from FM19 to this default skin.

That's not the profile I thought. This is how it looks when I took the default dark skin and I added the DF11 panels from FM19 to this default skin.

As I wrote, I only wanted to show how it's possible to use FM19 panels. I didn't make skin with it.

Hi i really learned that simple, clean and organized is better with your skin, after trying and never be totally happy with all that fancy skins around. Some just overdone it and their skins feel "heavy" after a short time and others made good looking stuff but also touched things that are perfectly fine in the default skins. It was here all the time glad that i tried it and now it is my go to skin right now, i even managed to include what i wanted in this skin without messing anything else up.

So i have to say thank you for this "less" is more masterpiece

One thing i want to know where can i find the default background picture, cause i hope to make the grey a tiny bit darker?

There are no background pictures included in the skin and also not the bakground enabled, the background in both Dark & Purple skins is just the default by SI.

Check this topic if you want to enable the Backgrounds Support

Yeah i already searched the default background with the resource archiver in the game files but no luck.

No you understand me wrong i don´t want background support i hate transparent skins, the best for me have just one background picture default.

I tend to make the default all black to make it darker.

Is there a quick answer to make it darker? If not no problem it works for me the way it is, but would make it even better for my taste

should just be able to put a picture in "skin_folder/graphics/backgrounds" and call it default.jpg/png/whatever

last folder name might be background so if it doesn't work first time try that

Jep that worked thx for the quick answer. 

Perfect might be the first time my little OCD problem with skins can´t find any problems, now i can properly play the game instead of searching solutions.

The final FM20 update – v.2.5 version

I decided to release the final update of my FM20 custom skin in April 2020 during April.

This v.2.5 version contains all the things I created or edited during the Football Manager 2020 edition cycle so far. I will probably edit some more small things in next months but no new version will be released.

The last update contains many small edits and tweaks in terms of colours, fonts and labels sizes.

Major changes you will notice on the first sight is the cleaned and edited look of your own manager screen where I added the container with “Known For” option. That means you are able to see the manager tendencies you gained during your saves.

Take a look on several managers from around the community. Some of them use higher or lower resolution than 1920×1080, that’s why several screenshots is different.

I also included the revamped Player Attributes screen I made mainly for myself. It contains some simple informations and also shirt with the number of the specific player.

The numbers were created with the font from the World Cup 1998 in France and the shirts the host nation used.

Btw. you can set what will be your landing page (Player Profile or Player Attributes) in the Preferences.

The download link is the same, just select FM20 Rensie skin Dark v2.5 or FM20 Rensie skin Purple v2.5 in the folder.

Thanks for updating your skin again. Do you mean it would be helpfull if you can see the media prediction at the club overview? If one team is interesting at me, my first look is at the club overview and than it would be nice, to see the media prediction, or not? Probably next to "Tabellenplatz"?

clear cache, delete preferences, reload skin, restart the game, delete previous versions. As always.

And no, it is only with this player, not with the other regents.

Yoo @keysi I got your skin from the steam workshop.  I love it, but I can't get the overview with the players having their kits next or beneath them.    Did I miss something in my settings or anything?

Not sure if this is just a coincidence, but I loaded the Dark Skin and my team stopped scoring. I'm managing Bayern Munich in 2032 - and went 7 games in a row without scoring, against very poor teams. 30+ shots in most those games too.

 

I got rid of the skin and reloaded the normal Football Manager Skin, and everything went back to normal. 

 

Is this just a coincidence? Or can changing the skin affect the results?

I'm not sure what are you doing with the skin that you have too many issues with it but it works normally with 1920x1080 resolution.

Maybe it's connected to the resolution. This is how it looks when I change it to the 50% zoom out.

Try removing all the other skins from the skins folder and see if it helps.

It works now. It was realy only a cache problem.
