How many leagues do you think I can run

As in the title Im looking at possibly upgrading my machine and have already looked at some threads on here

My current set up is: 

Computer Type: PC

CPU: imedia S3810 - Intel(R) Core(TM) i3 CPU         540  @ 3.07GHz (4 CPUs), ~3.1GHz

GPU: Intel(R) HD Graphics (integrated)

RAM 8GB

OS: Windows 10 Home 1903

 

However I am looking to upgrade to possibly or similar

  - Intel® Core™ i5+ 8400 Processor
- Hexa-core
- 2.8 GHz / 4.0 GHz
- 9 MB cache

Memory: 8 GB RAM / 16 GB Intel® Optane™

Storage: 2 TB HDD

Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti 4 GB

 

And am looking at the number of leagues to run with my current set up to what I may upgrade to.

The best advice is to test it out. Because there is no general concensus on what is a slow or fast game play.

It depends on how you are playing the game and what you are expecting.
