It would be good, seeing as there's often a 'recommended wage', for the tiering to be similar. E.G. for someone who's recommended wage is £10,000pw, offer £8k, £9k, £10k, £11k, £12k, £15k, £17k, £20k as options. Not £400,000pw. or for £120,000pw maybe £100k, £110k, £120k, £130k, £150k.
