TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (March 2022) We have been excellent since the league has restarted, ripping Ural apart first winning 5-0 and then no room for sentiment as we destroy former club Alania Vladikavkaz 6-1 at home. We look to have recovered some winning form, and I hope we now kick on for the rest of the season. The board expects me to finish mid-table and I aim to deliver that promise. Two games can make a big difference as we rise in the table to 9th in the table and have almost in the space of two games righted our goal difference. Alania did manage to win their first game of the month against Krylja Sovetov to perhaps make them believe that they can make something happen at the bottom of the table. At the top Spartak Moscow appear to have the league well within their grasp.
TerminalPortugal
After what seems like an eternity we are able to continue our studies, starting on the Continental C Licence. Our studies had been delayed due to the financial situation at Alania which meant the board were not happy to fund out course. Now we can continue to improve as a manager. TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (April 2022) April has been a very good month for us as we become the form team in Russia, picking up 5 wins and a draw in our six games this month which included 5 home matches. We have found a different gear and have been brilliant. There is not much else to say other than long may it continue. We shoot up the table like salmon, and are now just three points outside of a European place as we amazingly push Lokomotiv for that spot. At the other end of the table Alania have fought bravely but look to be done, the best they could hope for now on a mathematical basis would be a relegation playoff, but it won't come to that, they are as good as relegated. TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (May 2022) We have shown no sign of dropping off in the final month of the season as we win all games apart from a creditable draw at Zenit St Petersburg. Considering how well Akhmat Grozny and Krasnodar have been doing, the wins we got were a real statement of intent. In the end our amazing run of form was good enough to qualify for the UEFA Europa League tournament, which is an amazing achievement. In the end we go from the winter break to the end of the season unbeaten. Fantastic achievement from the boys we have done amazingly. The final league table sees us finish an amazing 5th place. Considering when we took over we were 13th we have done very very well to reach Europe this season. Spartak Moscow did indeed go on to win the league at a canter in the end from CSKA Moscow. Alania were relegated together with Krylja Sovetov. Rostov and Rotor Volgograd will need to dispute a playoff to see whom will stay up for next season. Confirmation that we qualify for the Europa League via the league finish of 5th place.

TerminalPortugal
Career Summary 2022 League Updates Slovenia and Russia are the casualties of attrition after this season with Slovenia receiving 38% and Russia receiving 19%. Scotland, Serbia and the Czech Republic received none. Slovenia are actually pretty close to becoming the first nation replaced.

TerminalPortugal
We have an early season start this season due to the Europa League and we will face Swiss side Luzern in the Best Placed Second Qualifying Phase over two legs.
TerminalPortugal
The odds for the coming season are out and clearly we are expected not to challenge for the title, but rather expected to finish just outside the European places in 7th place. TerminalPortugal
This year I do not expect to do much in the transfer window as I am very happy with the squad so we have been looking for young players who have a lot of potential and can play a few games for us in the first team. Charlie Hay looks like an outstanding prospect, the right winger already has all the necessary skills to succeed and he is only going to get better. We pick him up from Aberdeen for £45.5k. Considering we already value him and £375k then I think this is good business.
TerminalPortugal
The next signing is Colin Lambert from French side Toulouse. Again sticking with our policy of bringing in young talent to play first team football, he is very much ready for the first team and he will get opportunities of this I am sure. We had to pay £500k but I think he will come very good.
TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (Pre-Season 2022) A long pre-season comes to an end and we have been extremely formidable, not a goal conceded throughout which is a delight to my eyes. We should be ready for the upcoming season.
TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (Europa League Best Placed 2nd Qual. Rnd First Leg vs Luzern) That should be most of the job done as we win 3-1 in Switzerland against Luzern. We did go a goal behind and eventually had a man sent off, but we coped with adversity very well and roared back to win the game 3-1 and give us a very good opportunity of getting into the next round of the Europa League. TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (July 2022) July is in the books and the main news was that we powered our way past Luzern in the Europa League to get the the Third Round of qualifying. But we also played our first game of the league season and it did not prove much of an issue for us as we beat newly promoted Sochi away 2-0, the start our league season in the perfect way. At this early stage of the season we sit second behind last year's Russian champions Spartak Moscow on goal difference.
TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (Europa League Best Placed 3rd Qual Rnd First Leg vs Fenerbahce) Despite dominating the game from start to finish we could not find the back of the net and the game ends goalless. I am sure Fenerbahce will be very happy with the result. This will mean we will likely need to get a goal out in Turkey. I still think we have it in our locker especially considering how well we played in this first leg but we are little bit up against it now.
TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (Europa League Best Placed 3rd Qual Rnd Second Leg vs Fenerbahce) (0-0 A.F.L) We last time out we could not find the net, in Turkey we could not stop finding it as we humiliated Fenerbahce on home turf by 6-0, in fairness they new they had to attack so we picked them off at leisure. An historic performance from the club and really a statement of intent from the boys. We advance to the next round of the Europa League.

TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (Europa League Best Placed 4th Qual Rnd First Leg vs Rapid Vienna) We get a good win away in Austria against Rapid Vienna by 2-1. I wonder if we did not get an early red card whether we might have been able to put the game well beyond the reach of the Austrian side. In the end they got a late goal, to give them some hope in Russia. They will however need to score twice in Moscow to have any chance of progressing and I very much fancy our chances after this result.

TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (Europa League Best Placed 4th Qual Rnd Second Leg vs Rapid Vienna) (2-1 A.F.L) We were the better side and the early goal meant that Rapid Vienna needed to try and do something, in the end they couldn't manage it and we run out 1-0 winners on the night and 3-1 winners on aggregate to advance in the competition. TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (August 2022) We have been absolutely sublime this season on all fronts, as we negotiate the Europa League qualifying round disposing of decent sides such as Fenerbahce and Rapid Vienna and in the league we have also been fantastic winning all our games and not really looking like we were going to drop points. We have not yet played the big boys (Krasnodar excepted) but we look great at the minute. We have an early lead at the top of the table which we could still extend if we win our game in hand over the chasing pack.
TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (Kubok Rossii 5th Round vs Ural Yekaterinaburg) Ural were no match for us in the Kubok Rossii as we hammer them running out 4-0 winners.
TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (September 2022) September is pretty short month in terms of fixtures and our great form has continued. The only game we dropped points in was away to FC Ufa and that involved us being reduced to 10 men. I hope we can continue to ride this crest of a wave. We are three points ahead of surprise package Rostov on 25 points from our 9 games played. CSKA could go within 2 points of us if they win their game in hand. I am delighted with how well we are doing.

TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (Europa League Group K vs Austria Vienna) The perfect start for us in the Europa League as we take Austria Vienna apart 7-1 in Moscow. We were extremely dominant all game and it could have been double figures on the night. Goal difference could end up mattering so the size of the win is very welcome. Dortmund beat Besiktas in the other game in the group to put us and them in the pole positions of the group.
TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (Kubok Rossii 6th Round vs Spartak Moscow) A rearguard display sees us come through against Spartak Moscow by 3-1. They had a lot of chances but in the end they were wasteful and we took our chances when they came to record a fantastic victory and advance to the next round of the cup. TerminalPortugal
We will face Nizhniy Novgorod in the Quarter Final of the Kubok Rossii. It will be held over two legs so we will be away for the first leg of the tie.
TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (October 2022) We have continued to be very good this month but we did suffer back to back losses in the league first losing what was always going to be a very tough game against CSKA away and then a rather unexpected loss to Rotor Volgograd on the road as well. The rest of the month has been great as we opened up the Europa League group stages with a win and got past Spartak Moscow in the cup. We are a point behind CSKA Moscow but we do have a game in hand, it is the halfway of the season of there abouts and we are right in amongst it in the title race which I am very happy about. TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (Europa League Group K vs Austria Vienna) We were reliant on an Anton Salteros 94th minute winner to give us the victory. A victory which on the balance of play we absolutely deserved. We do I feel need to take our chances when they come as we can be wasteful at times with converting our chances. Regardless the result is all that matters and we get the important win in Austria. The group appears to be in ours and Dortmund's hands after they do the double over Besiktas. TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (Europa League Group K vs Borussia Dortmund) We are powerless to resist a very good Dortmund side in their own back yard as they beat us 3-0. I don't think we were outclassed, but just in the end their quality told. A draw in the other game works in our favour as we still look favourites to qualify for the next round of the Europa League. TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (November 2022) The league will only be back in January for us, we have covered all these games, and generally we have done pretty well this month.
TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (Europa League Group K vs Besiktas) We advance through to the next round following a 2-0 win at home against Besiktas, despite two red cards. Dortmund also win to give them the leadership of the Group, I think it is unlikely that we are going to be able to overhaul them. Confirmation that we have qualified for the First Knockout Round. TerminalPortugal
We let Toni Sunjic leave the club in a few days when the transfer window opens, he was still arguably the best defender at the club, but he is now 34 years old and we were going to need to address at the end of the season. I expect to replace him in the coming transfer window.

TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (Europa League Group K vs Borussia Dortmund) A super performance from us against Dortmund as we hang in with them despite an early red card. The game ends in an entertaining 3-3 all draw, which no doubt gives Dortmund the Group K top spot. Another draw between Besiktas and Austria Vienna means the gap between the top two and the bottom two is huge.
TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (December 2022) December was all about the Europa League games which I have already covered, and again we were very good this month, making sure we qualified for the next stage of the Europa League. TerminalPortugal
Fedor Cernych has been brilliant for us but he is declining and is now 31 years old and in Haris Kadric we have a natural replacement up front. TerminalPortugal
Dynamo Moscow (Europa League Group K vs Besiktas) That's the second time we have humiliated one of Turkey's giants one their homesoil as we show no mercy and obliterate Besiktas 7-0, to complete our Europa League Group Stage campaign in the perfect way.
