We have had a great start to the league in January. We got a great job against Nadi, who are always around the top of the league and then beat Nasinu, who we expect to be down at the bottom of the league with us.

The league looks great to us with us joint top with Lautoke and Nadroga. I imagine it won't stay like that but, but its nice to look at it right now.

February proved to be a fantastic month for us, as we took Ba all the way in a very even match, as they got a late winner. Two clean sheets followed against Nadroga and Dreketi, as we pretty at this stage assure ourselves of survival this season by our start.

At the moment we are top, although teams around us have games in hand. We look to be really overachieving this season and I am excited as to what we might be able to achieve this season.

Another superb month as we show no signs of letting up on an unexpected title challenge.

We know that Ba are going to be difficult to catch, they show no sign of losing this season. I believe last season they won all 14 games. All we can do is match them.

We lost to Nadi a game we were much the better, but they should be beating us so I am not too dissappointed. We managed to smash Nasinu away to get us back to winning ways anyway.

Realistically Ba are going to runaway with this, I just want to see how high we can finish. Maybe we can even get a continental competition berth.

A packed May saw us start with a league loss against Ba before smashing pointless Dreketi. Then the Fiji Cup came along and we were majestic in our group as we swept aside everyone including Ba. Ba in fact didn't make it out of the group stages, unfortunately we met Nadi in the semi finals and they done us on penalties.

The league table still looks very positive for us this season. We have outdone ourselves.

A pretty bad month for us, after the win against Suva, we then went into the Battle of the Giants tournament and got well beaten by Suva and then beaten by Ba. Then some international tournament took away four first teamers and we lost to Nadroga, whom we also had 2 players sent off against in the game. So not the best month.

A third place finish is looking the most likely. Dreketi at the foot of the table have had a horrid season, still haven't taken a point.

Our season finishes with a win in the league and a pretty poor performance in the Inter Disctrict Championship. I am very happy with the way the season went, we over performed, however next season without our two main guys we might struggle a bit more.

That's final league table, we finish 3rd, and I am delighted with the team.

So it's time to work out the air miles that we earned this year.

We managed to win 12 games this year.

The equation is as follows:-

2 x 2.03 x 1 x 1.36 (22 games season) = 5.55 miles per win. Therefore we gained 66.55 miles this year. Added to our 382.12 miles, makes it 448.67 miles in the bag

A little more progress is made out of Fiji. If Tonga was a database I had we could load that now, but I don't have it.

We are still quite far away, so again I think I am going to up the baseline to 3 points, it won't be going higher than that as that is the points you get for a win.

A good start to the season as we beat Suva and Nasinu in the league. No clean sheets, showing our weaker back four, but we are getting goals.

Top of the table, the start is required as we want to make sure we do not get dragged into a relegation battle.

An interesting month, not one to watch as a fan as over three matches we concede none and score one, as we find defensive consistency. The win over Ba is always nice and could be important come the end of the season but we shall see.

The top teams have been patchy, Suva seem out of sorts, Nadi have already lost two, Ba have lost to us and drawn another two games. Lautoka look decent this season, but at the moment we are profitting with a 3 point lead from Ba.

A poor month as we lose both our games in the league, admitedly they were against the top sides in the division at the moment in Nadi and Lautoka. The game against Nadi we were very unlucky, after dominating and leading 1-0, they pipped us back twice in the last 5 minutes to win the game. The Lautoka game were never really in.

We sit 4th, likely 5th once Ba have played, but it is all very tight at the top of the table.

Our only game of April was a disappointing loss to Suva, whom are having a very bad season by their standards. The form has really plummetted for us. We are playing well but we are not getting the rub of the green in most of these games and we are missing the players we lost last season.

The league table is looking less positive for us with each passing month. I think we probably already have enough points on the board to ensure survival, but you never know, No one is running away with things at the top of the table either, we are about as far from the top of the table as we are from relegation.

The fixtures keep moving around so the league game with Nadroga ended up actually being in April, but this month or so was a great little month for us as we got two league wins to push us up the table and despite two draws won our Fiji Cup group to set up a tie with Suva. Both Nadi and Ba, the titans of Fijian football were dumped out of the competition in the Group stages which gives us a real shot at winning this I feel.

The league table looks rosier, and with 4 games to go, there is no other word for it, we are in a title challenge here. The standard of the top sides has gone down and we have been able to compete here.

June was dedicated to the Fiji Cup and it was one to remember as we smashed our way past Suva at home and then went off to the National Stadium and beat Nasinu 3-1 in the final to seal the club's first ever cup win in their history and our first real major trophy in Fiji. A very memorable month and couldn't be prouder of the lads, despite suspensions, injuries and international call ups we still got the job done.

The league table has not changed since the last update.

July comes along and we lose to Ba in the league, which was expected especially away from home. In the BOTG we seemed to be in second place in that cup, but the tournament appears to be bugged and no further games were played. We did beat Tavua with a late goal to keep the league form going.

Well we are still there or there about with just a couple of games to go in this league season. Ba will likely win the league we will see if we can capture the final OFC Champions League spot.

After the past two wonderful season of youth intakes we have had, this one is a little more disappointing, with no first team ready players, which really has been our bread and butter since our appointment as manager. More important now that ever that we keep this group of players together.

First note is that quite clearly the Inter District Championship appears to be bugged as well as the competition does not progress beyond the group stage. Our end of the season was great as we beat Nadi and then drew to Lautoka, that was potentially not going to be good enough to seal second spot, but Nadi drew at already relegated Nadroga to give us the Champions League berth. The IDC although bugged and therefore useless, went great as we smashed Nadroga 7-0 to get a record victory for the team and then slipped by Nasinu away. A great season all in all.

Ba win the league but qualify for the Champions League, one point ahead of Nadi. I don't really feel we are much closer to closing the gap on Ba this season, but in fairness that is a mammoth task. This season has for sure been progress for us, and I look forward to our first continental competition, as well as look fondly back on winning the Fiji Cup.

Confirmation that we are in the big one next season.

Air miles time.

This year we managed to win 13 games and trophy and we increased the base modifier to 3.

So the equation is as follows:-

3 x 1.99 x 2 x 1.3 (23 game season) = 15.6 miles per win. Therefore we accumulate 202.76 miles this season and 651.43 air miles overall.

fb7112e81b403daa6c97104bfcf7bf6f.png

We are approaching New Caledonia which an addable league and the Solomon Islands and Australia are not too far away I guess, if by not too far you mean bloody miles away.
