Air Miles Man - Back to Civilisation

It will be if they beat Navua in their game in hand. If Navua could do you a favour, it's back on. Must be so tough with such a short season, you basically have to go unbeaten to win the league

Short season, no contracts - once a guy plays a few good games he's gone, months between games so match fitness is always around 60%, 1 promotion spot from this league - boils down to two games, transfer window opens just around playoffs so players jump ship.

It's literally the worst possible set up imaginable I would say. Let's just say it has been a real challenge.

A game we dominated, but points dropped against leaders Levuka, I think now we can forget about the playoffs. Too many things would need to go our way for us to have a shot, and it ain't going to happen.

A very weird table I must say. The supposed promotion chasing sides have choked and Levuka and Bua have profited from it.

A nice win to finish the season. We might have got the job done against Bua, but Levuka got the job done against Navua anyway and they are champions and go to the playoffs. I really am thinking that I have now taken this team as far as I can. I think I will be refusing future contracts from the club in the hopes that I can get a better job.

Thats the table, we will be finishing 2nd regardless of what happens.

Right air miles time since our season is prematurely over.

We got three wins this season.

The formula is as follows

2 x 2.01 x 1 x 3.75 = 15.1 miles per win. This gives us 45.3 miles and 197.54 miles overall.

Well every job in Fiji should be open to us now as we cover the remainder of the island.

We take over at Labasa, they are more reputable club, but are still in Division One, the jobs just weren' avaliable and Suva weren't getting rid of their manager for us to come in.

The move costs us only 12.6 air miles as we are still in the North Island, if now a little further south.

The club have won a few things in their history, although the last league win was back in 2007.

The finances are good at the club and it just seems a much better place to manage at the moment.

The new coverage including the spent air miles still covers Fiji. We still have 184.94 air miles in the bag.

We complete the Group with another win, we dominated the stats, so felt a little bit annoyed at the tightness of the result.

The league was a walkover as we finish with 22 points and Savusavu 10 points back from us.

These are the teams for the playoffs. I am pretty confident we should be getting promoted really.

Time to work out the air miles.

We won 8 games this season.

The equation is as follows

2 x 2.05 x 2 x 3 (10 game season) = 24.65 miles per win.

Therefore this season we acquired an incredible 197.18 miles, so added to points we already had (184.94) we end up with 382.12. Big movement this season.

As you can see we are now well out into the Pacific ocean past Fiji. Unfortunately no new countries to load as yet.
