Football_Manager08
sis mirage 32mb That wouldn't even run FM2009 i don't think. And £80 is quite expensive? Thats an AGP card isn't it? If your computer doesn't support Pci-express. Don't bother upgrading it, you can get a much better computer for just a little bit more.

DDR is your memory slots. So you can add another one (has to be the same spec as your current one). So saying if your current one is. PC-3200 400mhz. It has to be the same one. You can always take out that chip, and look on the label. It'll tell you what it is.

Football_Manager08
Nope. N/A im afraid. Wow, weird. Ok, erm. Well, due to this. You've probably got a fairly old graphics accelerator. Therefor, you won't be able to run the game unless you probably upgrade it. If you've got a pci or a pci express slot. You can easily upgrade it. Won't cost too much either. Football_Manager08
it says 512mb pc3200 nanya technology Ok. You'll need to find how many mhz it is. Try looking in bios (turn your computer on, then click f12). Then go into. Performance and booster zone, then it'll tell you your mhz.

Football_Manager08
thats cheap i was just looking at some from pc world for £30 My advice, don't buy stuff from Pc world. Its a rip off Can get two of these: http://www.play.com/PC/PCs/4-/931232/Computer-Memory-512MB-PC3200-DDR-400Mhz-184pin-DIMM/Product.html Or one 1gb, but two 512mb's are better than one 1gb. As it'll be faster.

Football_Manager08
so i just buy this, stick it, set the mhz to 200 and my computer will be a bit faster If your computer supports 400mhz, then it'll say "Actual memory speed= 400mhz" So it'll be running twice as fast as your current setup . If not, then it'll say 200mhz. If it does, set it to 200mhz. Just in case.
rob magic
thanks for that. theres a lil computer shop near me that sells memory and stuff so i will check his prices out. might be a few quid more than play's prices but i can get it there and then. i will have a look inside to see if i have a pci slot and if so might treat myself to a better graphics card. i did hear if your pc was built after 1995 then i should at least have one slot. Football_Manager08
but what graphics card will i be able to use if i do have a slot. If you have PCI. I recommend a Nvidia Geforce FX5200 256mb. If you have PCI-Express. Then you need to find out how many watts and rated amps your Power Supply Unit (PSU) is. If you have 300w, then you should be able to run a 8600gt.
