Played on FM19 full version. Edited the squad into the Vanarama North. I've set all players as English as their first nationality but some I have set a second nationality, no one has declared for a nation yet. The only other change is that all of you have been given a rating of 20 for management so if the story develops long enough and you retire from playing we potentially could see how you go in the management world. Your positions have been chosen by good old random.org

Club Background:
The Club was founded in 2014 and is currently Semi Professional who will be playing in the Vanarama National League North. The clubs ground is called The Shield Arena and is based in Matlock Derbyshire and is 5,500 all seater stadium. The training facilities are top of the range and this was helped by the Chairman spending his money wisely. The clubs ticket prices are set at £10.00 with the season ticket set at £125.
The clubs main rivals are of course Matlock Town, Buxton and Alfreton Town.

Goalkeepers:
BobBev (Age 24)
A no nonsense keeper who like a certain Manchester United great won't take no crap from his defence. His distribution of the ball is second to none. However his fiery side has caused problems in the past, hopefully the manager will be able to curb this

Panpardus (25)
Another keeper who likes to keep his defence on edge. However he has the habit to wander out of the area which in turn has caused his previous teammates problems. The fans are unsure of him and are scared he could cost his team goals.

BenArsenal (25)
The older keeper of the bunch if by only a year. However he has a lot more experience than the other two keepers after starting his career at the age of sixteen in his native Singapore. After moving over to England where he got married to a stunner. His only goal in life at the moment is to get to the top and some fans fear that he is only using the club as a stepping stone

Defenders:
Rien102 (22) (CB)
Our young Canadian came over as baby with his Canadian mother and English father. However after a few years the family split and he decided to stay with his father in England. After trails with several clubs his dream of becoming a professional footballer seemed to be fading until he got the call to join The Marvels.

Tenthreeleader (22) (CB)
A tenacious American who has dual citizenship. Tenthreeleader is a tough defender who will take no s£$t from anyone. The only problem is that sometimes his toughness can get him into trouble, lets hope he can keep the right side of the fine line

Dalbeider (26) (DRC)
A powerful Spanish player who isnt afraid to get stuck in. Dalbeider will not shy away from a challenge but his full blown way of defending has led to injuries in the past. Let's hope the physio has the table ready because I can see he will be on there a lot.

Gavrenwick (17) (DRC)
The young scally wag of the side but despite his age he shows great maturity within the game. He has the ability to read a game with ease. The only downside for our side is that with his talent he could attract bugger clubs. It will be interesting to see what happens in a season or two

Chesterfan2 (20) (DLC)
A great young defender who will take no prisoners. Has built a reputation for being able to time a tackle to perfection and I will be looking for that against the more experienced sides in this league.

Bagpuss (26) (DLC/WBL)
A good attacking defender who can boss the full back and wings with ease. His crossing ability is second to none and he can land a cross on a sixpence. The only downside to the game is he sometimes spends too much time down the wrong end of the pitch when he needs to be doing the basics

Midfielders:
EvilDave (18) (DMC/AMRL)
Another youngster that has come over from abroad with EvilDave coming from Russia when he was thirteen. He again failed to live up to expectation and after being released by Wolves he decided to get a normal job where he met his now English wife. He was snapped up by the manager after impressing him during a five a side tournament in Derbyshire

Diego Imposta (24) (DM)
Our Spanish maestro, he came over from the third tier of the Spanish leagues where he controlled the league with ease. However none of the so called bigger sides wanted him so when we came calling he answered. A powerful midfielder who should be able a top player in the league. This could cause us problems in the future potentially with either his ego or clubs coming in for him

Neilhoskins (23) (MR)
A quiet player who doesn't like the headlines however don't take his silence for weakness. There is no better reader of the game in the club and isn't afraid to get stuck in. The only downside to his game is that he is very right footed and will always favour that foot.

Sherm (23) (MC)
The Sherminator as he was know in his previous side, not because of some dodgy American Pie reference. He has been known to pile through opposition midfields with ease and unlike some he very rarely gets a booking. Because of this reputation there could be some bigger clubs coming in for him.

Greyfriars Bobby (25) (MC)
One of the older players in the squad and probably one of the most experienced having played a few games for what you could call upper league teams. However a serious injury to his knee left him without a club and on the verge of retiring. This is where our club came and and rehabilitated him and brought him into the fold. Yes their will risks but their risks I'm willing to take.

Drogba11CFC (18) (M/AMC)
An excellent young player who came on trails day and dominated the other trailists. Showed some real flair and skill however dominating the trailists will be different to dominating battle hardened professionals.

WLKRAS (24) (AMRL)
WLKRAS started his life in Holland and moved over here to pursue the challenge of English football. However it didn't work out too well for him as a number of clubs rejected him for being to flamboyant. It was this flamboyancy that caught the eyes of the manager and he could end up being a key player for the team.

Attackers:
Mark Wilson (18) (ST)
A young Manchester United fan who has an eye for the net and other things. The only problem is that he can be a selfish player who doesn't play well with others. Lets hope that he can come into the side and work with his other strikers.

Salkster (18) (ST)
The young Scouser plied his early trade in the Liverpool youth team before he was released after a “slip” during an important game. Which also resulted in him getting sent off for a vicious punch on an opposition player. However our Scottish Chairman saw his raw talent and brought him in. It does help that our Chairman is a Liverpool fan as well and said player to be punched was a Manchester United player. Despite this we have to hope that he can keep his temper under control

CFuller (24) (ST)
A dominant player in the air and in the area. He can control a defender with ease however he does have the odd tendency to tackle as poor as Paul Scholes. If he can stay on his feet and leave the defending to the rest of his side we should see the best of him

Balthazars (27) (ST)
The oldest player in the squad but not the most experienced. Got into the game very late due to other commitments which were less than desirable. He joined the side after the Manager and Chairman noticed him at a local Sunday league side banging in goals left right and centre. The question is will he be able to recreate his Sunday League form into the Vanarama National North.

Chairman:
Terk is the man who owns and runs the club. A no nonsense Scotsman who will be spending his money to keep the club running. He is not afraid to wield the axe if need be so the manager will have to be careful and live up to the Scotsman's high expectations.

I'm tall and can't tackle to save my life, so that's not a bad representation of me, to be honest. It's also interesting that I'm one of the older players in this team when the opposite is true in FMS. :D

Season One 2018/19
July 2018:
A not too shabby start to the preseason as we began with a 4-0 win over NKF Burbage away from home. The game we dominated and it was WLKRAS who scored first on the 2nd minute and this was followed in the second half by an EvilDave goal on the 59th minute. The final two goals of the game saw Neilhoskins and CFuller both scoring.
The second friendly wasn't that good for us in truth as we struggled to get going against Hyde in front of The Shield Arena crowd. All 1,926 saw my side failing to create a chance as we lost 1-0.
The next home game was a lot better as we played well against Coalville and beat them two nil with Salkster firing in from the penalty spot on the 21st minute. Our second goal was scored by CFuller who slotted in on the 89th minute to send the 1,907 crowd home happy.
The final friendly of the month was a rout as we thrashed AFC Emley 4-0 away from home. CFuller scored the early goal on the 6th minute and this was followed by WLKRAS grabbing a cracking free-kick goal on the 16th minute. The second half was all action with Mark Wilson running the show. On the 67th minute he grabbed the third goal of the game and this was followed seven minutes later with a well struck penalty to complete the rout. In truth we should have scored a lot more.

Monthly Results:
7/7.18: NFK Burbage (Friendly) (a) 4-0w WLKRAS, EvilDave, Neilhoskins, CFuller
14/7/18: Hyde (Friendly) (h) 0-1L No Scorer
21/7/18: Coalville (Friendly (h) 2-0w Salkster, CFuller
28/7/18: AFC Emley (Friendly) (a) 4-0w CFuller, WLKRAS, Mark Wilson (2)

Other news:
The odds for the forthcoming season have been released and we have been quoted at 3-1 4th favourites to gain promotion. The favourites are Chorley at 3-2 with York at 2-1 and Stockport at 5-2.
We are also quoted at 60-1 to get relegated.
Training wise Salkster has been the top performer with Balthazars earning a reprimand from myself

August 2018:
Before the fun of the first season begins I have decided that this seasons Captain will be Neilhoskins and his Vice Captain will be CFuller
The month began with a couple of pre-season friendlies. The first of which was against Shawbury at home where we played well but only managed a 1-0 win thanks to a Drogba11CFC goal on the 22nd minute. The final friendly was at home again against Parkgate. We played a lot better in the game as we beat them 4-1 with Salkster grabbing the lead on the 9th minute. The second goal was scored by Balthazars on the 23rd minute from close range. Straight from kick off Salkster grabbed his second of the game with a fine strike. The fourth goal came on the 58th minute with Neilhoskins heading in from a corner

The first game of the season sees us facing AFC Telford and it was a barnstormer for The Shield Arena fans. Telford took an early lead after the team as a whole failed to defend a simple corner. However we reacted well and on the 39th minute Neilhoskins took the lead thanks to a wonderous strike which gave the keeper no chance of saving. Just before the break AFC Telford grabbed another goal to send us into the break 2-1 down. The second half saw us piling forward and on the 68th minute Mark Wilson fired in from close range after breaking through the defence with ease. Five minutes later it was 3-2 as Mark Wilson slotted in from the penalty spot after a handball. However just before the final whistle we conceded a silly goal to start the season with a draw.

Next up was Hereford away from home and we controlled the game from the start but it took till the 43rd minute to get the opener with WLKRAS curling a free-kick into the top corner. The second half though was pretty tight and on the 78th minute Hereford fired in the equaliser and despite a last rush of pressure we failed to add another goal and we had to settle for another draw.

Kidderminster were our next opponents and we gave our home fans something to shout about as we controlled the game with real ease and on the 6th minute we took the lead as Salkster fired in from the penalty spot. Five minutes later the young Scouser grabbed another goal with a wells truck shot from just outside the area. It was getting far too easy and on the 44th minute he completed his hat-trick with a low shot from twelve yards. The second half was much the same with my side attacking from the start but we only managed to score the one goal as Tenthreeleader heading from a corner

After the rout against Kidderminster we faced another home game against Stockport. The game was two minutes old when they scored the first goal as Scott Duxbury diverted a cross past his own keeper for an own goal. The rest of the game though wasn't great for the capacity crowd to see with little action. However deep into injury we managed to get the second of the game as EvilDave curled the ball high into the top corner to give the keeper little chance of saving.

The final game of the month saw us facing York away from home and we took the lead in the 35th minute as Greyfriars Bobby slotting in under the keeper after running clear of the defence. The second half was all York as they controlled the play with ease and on the 74th minute they grabbed the equaliser as they broke through my defence with far too much ease

Other News:
The first month has seen us placed in 4th on nine points with us three points behind leaders Blyth.
Training wise Drogba11CFC trained really well with Sherm earning the reprimand from myself.
At the end of the month I was informed that EvilDave has received a call up for the Russian Under21's to face Sweden and Liechtenstein. The matches will be played the 6th and 10th of September so will be away from the squad during that time.
Injury news has seen Tenthreeleader out for up to 11 days with a gashed leg meaning he missed the latter games of the month and will miss any early games in September. Also Neilhoskins twisted his ankle badly in the Stockport game and will be out for around seven weeks meaning he will miss all of Septembers matches

Rien102 - Your welcome sir

Ben - Noone is first, second or third choice at the moment. I will be rotating all three of you so by the end of the season you should have around the same amount of games played

September 2018:
The first game of the month saw us dominating Spennymoor. The first goal of the game saw CFuller heading in on the 9th minute after rising above the defence. However early goal seemed to stunt our attacking ability and we failed to get in the final third in the first half. After the half time hair dryer we came out fighting and on the hour Mark Wilson hit home from close range. On the 67th minute it was three nil as Mark Wilson ran onto a through-ball and rounded the keeper to slide into the empty net. It was far too easy and with six minutes remaining in the game Mark Wilson completed the hat-trick from the penalty spot.

After the previous games rout we didn't seem to get our attacking game going with some quite poor play. The first half against Altrincham was dire to say the least with neither my side or the Altrincham side getting close to the goal. The second half wasn't much better with some more poor play but on the 70th minute we grabbed what turned out to be the winner as Balthazars curled the ball in from the edge of the area.

Another struggle of a game as we failed to get going against Darlington. The only chance of half saw us taking the lead as on the 31st minute Salkster beat the offside trap to slot in under the onrushing keeper. The second half saw us failing to muster a single effort on goal however luckily for us Darlington were just as bad.

Our poor play in the last two games finally came and bit us in the ass as Guiseley inflicted our first loss of the season. Guiseley took the lead early on in the game after as a team we failed to deal with a simple attacking move. Just before the break it was two nil as another display of inept defending saw them scoring. The second half was a little better as we actually managed an attack as on the hour mark CFuller ran onto a looping cross and headed into the top corner.. In truth we were lucky that Guiseley didn't get more goals.

We took a break from the League as we faced Harlow in the FA Cup 2nd Qualifying Round. We began the better and on the 13th minute we took the lead as WLKRAS curled in a free-kick from twenty yards after a cynical tackle. We carried on the forward pressure throughout the half but failed to get past an inspired Harlow keeper. The second half was all us as we continued to press forward and with twelve minutes remaining in the game we grabbed goal number two with Mark Wilson firing in with power to send us through to the next round.

Our next game was against Chorley in the League and we battered them with a great attacking display. The first goal was scored on the 25th minute as Mark Wilson rose above the defence and headed in from close range. Nine minutes later it was two-nil with Mark Wilson grabbing his second of the game with a fine strike from the corner of the area. The second half saw us carry on from where we left off and on the 74th minute CFuller made it three nil as he beat the offside trap to dinked the ball over the onrushing keeper. There was one more goal in the game as deep into injury time Mark Wilson completed his second hat-trick of the month with a deft effort from ten yards.

The final game of the month saw us play out a dire 0-0 draw against Blyth. In truth it was Blyth who had the better of the chances but they couldn't find our way past my team's defence and keeper. I was quite happy with how the month panned out, but we need to be a little more dominant  through the full ninety minutes of games

Other News:
A virtually perfect month sees us top of the table on goal difference. Hereford and Brackley both have the same points as us (22) but our goal difference is far more superior.
The start of the month sees the first International cap for one of our players, All being an Under 21's Cap as EvilDave played the full ninety minutes as Russia lost 4-2 to Sweden. EvilDave's second cap saw him play 79 minutes of the game against Liechtenstein.
The draw for the FA Cup 3rd Qualifying Round sees us facing a home tie against either South Shields or Kettering
Good injury news sees Neilhoskins back in full training at the end of month meaning I can slowly bring him back into the squad in the following month.
Disciplinary news sees Sherm missing the opening game of the next month after picking up his 5th yellow card of the season.

October 2018:
Our first game of the month sees us FA Cup action as we faced Kettering at home. We started the better and on the 5th minute we took the lead with EvilDave slotting in from close range. Seven minutes later it was two nil with EvilDave grabbing his second of the game with a low rasping effort. Just before the break we conceded two silly goals with the first being a poor clearance by the keeper which was fired straight past him. The second was some woeful team defending straight from kick off. The second half was all Kettering and they took the lead around the hour mark after we seemed to fall asleep as a team. Kettering managed a fourth goal on the 75th minute with a team move which split my side apart. Four minutes later we pulled a goal back with CFuller doing the honours from close range. However we never looked like getting the equaliser and were knocked out.

We next welcomed Boston United to The Shield Arena and we seemed to have carried on from the previous game as they dominated. Boston took the lead just before the interval with a curling effort into the top corner of the net. The second half saw Boston in complete control and we barely managed to touch the ball through the final forty five minutes. Not a great game.

Another game were we struggled with Brackley keeping the ball a lot better than ourselves. Luckily for us their finishing was as poor as our general play. The second half was just as poor for us as we struggled with the basics and we had the crossbar and keeper to thank for the score remaining at 0-0.

The next game against Southport was a lot better and we started to actually play and on the 12th minute we took the lead as Salkster beat the offside trap and fired under the keeper. We were all over the Southport side and on the 26th minute Salkster made it two nil with a brave header. Our second half performance was not as good as we failed to pile forward when we had the chance and in truth a 2-0 scoreline did us a disservice.

The final game of the month saw us facing Leamington and we were outplayed with ease. Leamington took an early lead with a simple goal which we as a team should have stopped. On the 23rd minute it was two nil with Leamington piling forward with ease and firing in. Just after the half time interval we pulled a goal back with Greyfriars Bobby heading in from a corner. The goal was a false dan though as we went back to first half form and Leamington started to control again. Luckily for they only managed the one extra goal on the 79th minute to give them a 3-1 win. Not a great month for us lot

Other News:
Not a great month in truth with only one victory within the five games played. In the league we have dropped down to 5th place two points behind the leaders Hereford. We are five points clear in the play-offs but we continue our form into next month we could quite easily drop out. I was disappointed not to go further in the FA Cup but maybe this will help us in the league. We are still in one cup though as we will be finding out who we face in the FA Trophy next month.
At the start of the month EvilDave received another call up by Russian U21's manager Miroslav Romaschenko, his side will be facing Croatia and Belarus on the 11th and 15th of the month.
EvilDave started and finished the match against Croatia where his side lost 1-0, he put in a good performance but couldn't get his side to win the game. EvilDave then played only the first half against Belarus and was largely disappointing in there 2-0 win.
Diego Imposta missed a match this month after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season

Stone Cold Stone Cold Stone Cold (In my best JR voice)

November 2018:
A quiet month in match terms with only three games to speak of. The first game saw us facing local rivals Alfreton Town and we controlled the game with ease. However despite our control we went a goal down early on after some poor team defending. All our dominance finally paid off a minute before the break as Greyfriars Bobby fired in past the Alfreton keeper. The second half of the game was much the same with us controlling play and on the 66th minute Rien102 made it two nil and gave us all three points with a superb header from a free-kick.

We then faced Bradford PA and struggled to get going and our plight wasn't helped as on the 23rd minute WLKRAS was sent off for a rash challenge. Luckily for us we managed to hold on until the half time interval, where I made a number of changes to tactics and personnel. The second half was twelve minutes old when we ended up playing with nine men after Diego Imposta damaged his ankle. As I had used all the subs at the start of the half it meant we had no more. The game continued to be tight but on the stroke of full time the winner was scored as Mark Wilson curled in from the inside of the area.

The final game of the month saw us playing reasonably well against Chester but on the 13th minute we went a goal down after they broke through my defence with ease and fired under the keeper. We pressed forward at every chance but failed to get through the Chester defence in the first half. The second half of the game was a lot better for us as we got even more of the ball and on the 74th minute we grabbed the equaliser with CFuller rattling in from ten yards. Despite all our pressure we couldn't add to our tally and get the win we deserved

December 2018:
The month didn't get off to a great start as we faced Hereford in the FA Trophy 3rd Qualifying Round. Despite a slow start we grabbed the first goal with Mark Wilson running clear of the defence with ease and firing past the Hereford keeper. However after that it went all tits up as Hereford dominated and just before the break they equalised with a fine strike. The second half was all Hereford and on the hour they made it 2-1 after breaking through my team with real ease and firing past the keeper. They continued to press forward and on the stroke of full time we conceded the killer goal to see us out of the Cup. Maybe a blessing in disguise

Our next game saw us facing Nuneaton Borough and to be fair it was a dire game. We never looked like breaking down a very stubborn Nuneaton defence. The majority of play was in the middle third of the pitch with neither our side or the Nuneaton side breaking through. The second half was much the same with only one chance within the game as EvilDave missed from the penalty spot. Not a great game for the few fans that turned up

We now faced a tough Curzon Ashton but it only took us till the 13th minute to score as Tenthreeleader headed a corner with power past the keeper. We were all over Curzon but couldn't break them down in the first half. The second half the same as we continued to press forward but we just couldn't get past a very stubborn keeper and had to settle with a 1-0 win

Our final game of the month sees us facing FC United and what was going to a tough task was made even tougher as on the 12th minute we were reduced to ten men after Neilhoskins was sent off for a two footed lunge. From the resulting free-kick FC United scored. Just before the break FC United scored again as they barged through my defence with real ease and fired under the keeper. The second half saw FC United piling forward and on the 67th minute we came close to conceding another goal but Panpardus managed to save the penalty. With three minutes remaining we pulled a goal back with Drogba11CFC heading in a late consolation

Other News:
Not the best of months as we found no sort of consistency in the League. We remain in 4th place but are now 5pts behind the leaders Kidderminster. However the gap to dropping out of the play-offs is now only 2pts. The way we dropped out of the FA Trophy wasn't ideal and I was far from happy with the performance.
We had one game re-arranged after our game with AFC Telford on Boxing Day was changed to 8th January 2019 due to AFC Telford's involvement in the FA Trophy.
News on the transfer front sees Panpardus revoke his transfer request.
Neilhoskins will face a one match ban after his sending off against FC United for a two footed lunge, I fined him a weeks wages and in truth I'm expecting a further suspension to be placed upon him.

January 2019:
The first match of the month sees us playing Hereford and we started well with Salkster hitting home from close range on the 25th minute. However a poor slip in concentration saw Hereford equalising straight away from the kick off. The second half was all us with attack after attack and on the 69th minute we finally grabbed the winner that we deserved with Greyfriars Bobby curling in from the edge of the area.

We now faced top of table Kidderminster and played the better football but for all our pressure we couldn't get past their stubborn defence. Just before the half hour it was Kidderminster who took the lead as a brilliant through-ball split my defence apart and they beat the keeper at the neat post. The second half was just as exciting for the fans with some great play and on the 66th minute we grabbed a deserved equaliser with Greyfriars Bobby jinking through the defence and wasted no time in firing under the keeper. The rest of the game was end to end football however neither my side or the Kidderminster side could find the net.

AFC Telford was the next game for my side as we controlled the game with ease and on the 6th minute we took the lead as Diego Imposta headed in from a corner after beating the keeper to the ball. We were all over Telford but we couldn't get through the defence in the first half. The second half was much the same as we carried on to dominate and on the 78th minute we finally got the second goal we deserved with CFuller rattling in from the upright.

York were our next opponents and we got off to a terrible start with some dire play. On the 3rd minute York took the lead with a simple pass which beat my defence with ease and the striker fired in under the keeper. Twelve minutes later it was two nil with my side just not paying attention and the York attack broke through with far too much ease. With three minutes remaining in the half we finally got a goal as Balthazars broke his scoring drought with a powerful strike into the top corner. The second half was as good for us as the first was bad with some excellent play and on the 64th minute we levelled the scores with Drogba11CFC heading home. Six minutes later Drogba11CFC made it 3-2 with a low shot which beat the York keeper to the top corner. It was complete control by my side and with five minutes remaining in the game we grabbed a fourth goal as Drogba11CFC completed his hat-trick with a fine strike from outside the area. A cracking second half lads.

Stockport were the next team we faced but unfortunately we failed to turn up as Stockport took control of the game from the start. It however took them till the 34th minute to open the scoring with a great team move which made a mockery of my defence. The second half wasn't much better as we failed to get hold of the ball and on the 72nd minute Stockport added a second goal with a simple tap in from close range. With four minutes remaining in the game we pulled a goal back as Greyfriars Bobby headed in a looping cross. It was far more than we deserved.

The final game of the month and we made light work of Spennymoor with some great attacking play. It took till the 23rd minute to open the scoring but it was Spennymoor's C.Williams who scored for us with a comical own goal. Eleven minutes later we made it two nil with one of our players actually scoring as Drogba11CFC doing the honours from six yards. The second half was all us and on the 67th minute Mark Wilson sent the keeper the wrong way with a drop of the shoulder to slide the ball into the back of the net. The final goal of the game was scored on the stroke of full time with Drogba11CFC grabbing his second of the game. A good way to end the month lads

Other News:
Despite a pretty damn good month we remained in 4th place, however we are only two points the leaders Kidderminster. We are also only 6pts from dropping out of the play-off spots.
Neilhoskins was handed a further two match ban following his sending off against FC United.
Injury news sees Greyfriars Bobby missing a couple of games during the month after he picked up a pulled groin during the Kidderminster game. Other injury news sees WLKRAS out for around 5-6 weeks after twisting his ankle during the AFC Telford game. This means he could miss the majority of the next month. Yet another injury during the month sees Bagpuss straining his back during the York game and will be out for around 3-5 weeks. So another players that could miss quite a bit of the next month.
Some good news for Balthazars as he broke his scoring drought against York after going thirteen games without finding the net

February 2019:
We started the month against Altrincham and began the game well with a goal in 14th minute from Sherm which gave the keeper no chance of saving. However it went all downhill from there as we failed to get close to adding to our tally. It was all Altrincham but luckily for us we managed to get through to the end of the first half without conceding again. The second half saw Altrincham controlling all aspects of the game and they finally got the equaliser on the 87th minute with a well struck effort. Luckily for us it was too late in the game for them to close to scoring again

Darlington started brightly and were a goal up within twelve minutes with a low shot which the keeper should've done better with. It was too easy for Darlington and on the 44th minute they grabbed a second goal with a thunderous effort which saw our keeper failing to get too. The second half was just as bad for us with some dire play by all eleven players however it was us that scored the only goal of the half as Drogba11CFC scored on the 81st minute. In truth we didn't deserve the goal and Darlington really should have scored a lot more

Again we struggled with the basics as Guiseley and on the 23rd minute they fired past the keeper to give themselves the lead. The forward pressure was constant and it was by pure luck that we managed to get to the interval without conceding. The second half was just all Guiseley with attack after attack and on the 66th minute we came close to conceding again as they fired high and wide from the penalty spot. With three minutes remaining in the game we grabbed an undeserved equaliser as Dalbeider showed some great vision to beat the keeper from outside the area.

Chorley were our final opponents for the month and they went a goal down on the 4th minute as Salkster headed in from ten yards after a brilliant cross into the area eluded there defence. We carried on the pressure and just before the break we came close to getting a second but we missed from close range. The second half was a different story as Chorley battered us and on the 57th minute they pulled level with a low shot which gave my keeper no chance of saving. With ten minutes remaining in the game we let ourselves down as a poor clearance saw Chorley get the win and end a pretty dire month for us

Other News:
A poor month which saw us without a win and saw us dropping down to 5th place and seven points behind the leaders Stockport. Also due to the poor run of results we are only a point away from dropping out of the play-offs. Were getting down to the last few games now and we cant afford another month like this otherwise we could fail to get the chance of promotion.
Some good new began the month as player Drogba11CFC won the Vanarama National League North Player of the Month for the month of January. Well done sir !!
However with the good news comes the bad news as BenArsenal failed to turn up for training after stating in the press he was pressing for a move to a new club. I have fined him one weeks wages which he did accept.
Training news sees Rien102 performing brilliantly during the past month however on the other end of the scale BenArsenal didn't train well at all and I will be keeping a close eye on you sir for next month.
Sherm missed two games this month after picking up his tenth yellow card of the season.

March 2019:
Our first game of the month saw us taking on Boston United and within nine minutes we took the lead as Salkster beat the offside trap and fired with pace under the onrushing keeper. However after the goal we seemed to slow down and just before the half time interval we conceded the equaliser as our defence fell asleep for a split second. The second half was all us as we upped the gears and just after the hour we grabbed the winning goal as Mark Wilson rose above the defence and headed a corner past the Boston keeper.

We now faced a strong Blyth side and the majority of the play was centred in the middle third of the pitch. In the first half we had the only chance as WLKRAS jinked through the defence with ease and fired past the keeper. The second half was just as tight with little in the way of forward action and neither our side or the Blyth side registered a shot on goal.

Our next game saw us facing Brackley and we struggled with the basics of the game. The passing by everyone was in truth nothing short of pitiful and we were lucky that Brackley struggled just as bad as us. The second half carried on pretty much the same as the first with some dire play and at the full time whistle the Shield Arena fans vented their frustration at me and the players.

We faced an away game against Southport and eleven minutes into the game we took the lead as CFuller headed in for his first goal in eleven games . On the 23rd minute though we conceded an equaliser with a wonderous strike from the Southport side which no keeper in the world could've saved. Just before the interval we were reduced to ten men after WLKRAS was sent off for a stupid two footed lunge which produced a straight red from the referee. The second half was tight with the ten men sitting behind the balls as Southport piled forward, however on the 89th minute we countered one of these attacks and CFuller grabbed the winning goal with a well struck effort into the bottom corner

Our final game of the month saw us facing a home tie against Leamington and we piled on the pressure from the start. However despite all the pressure we failed to get close to the goal. The second half was much the same with us pounding the Leamington defence but we just couldn't get through and had to settle for a 0-0 draw. Not the way I wanted to end the month

Other News:
After the previous month I was happy to see the squad responded and went unbeaten this month. We have moved up to 4th spot and are currently six points behind the leaders Stockport with six games remaining to play. We are seven points above the play-off spots but could quite easily slip out though if we have a poor month in April.
EvilDave earn't another call up to the Russian Under 21's against Republic of Ireland and England. The games meant he missed the last two games of the month.
EvilDave played the full match for Russia against Republic of Ireland as his side lost 3-1. He also played the full match against England as his side were truly beaten 5-0. Not a great two games for our young Russian
WLKRAS has been handed a two match ban which could rise for his vicious two footed lunge in the game against Southport. I have handed him a fine of one weeks wages. The FA have informed me that WLKRAS will serve a further two game ban for the sending off meaning he will miss the first three games of April
BenArsenal has requested to be placed on the transfer list after stating he is not happy at the club. I have also offered his services to other clubs but as of yet no one has come back with an offer

The "old center half" is doing fine for us sir as is his colonial counterpart

April 2019:
The first game of the month sees us facing local rivals Alfreton and we started well with a great attack on the 12th minute as CFuller slotted in from close range. We controlled much of the play in the first half but failed to get through the stubborn Alfreton defence. The second half saw Alfreton coming out of the blocks rapidly and on the 53rd minute they equalised with a well worked team move. Alfreton were all over us but like the first half they couldn't get past a stubborn defence.

We now faced Bradford PA and on the third minute we grabbed the lead as Chesterfan rose above the defence and headed a corner into the top corner. Soon after Bradford PA had the chance to score with a low shot which saw the keeper saving well. We started to up the gears and dominate but we failed to score again in the first half. The second half was all us as we piled forward but despite the pressure we only managed to score the once as Mark Wilson curled in from outside the area to give us all three points.

Chester were our next opponents and in truth it wasn't the greatest of games with little in the way of action for the fans that attended the game. The first half saw no chances towards goal. The second half was just as bad however it had one goal as on the 88th minute Mark Wilson fired in with pace past the keeper to give us the win

We now faced a home game against Nuneaton Borough and dominated with ease. However it took till the 34th minute for the first goal to be scored as Salkster ran through the defence with ease and fired in under the keeper. Eight minutes later we were two goals up as Ashley Carter diverted a cross into his own net for an own goal. The second half was too easy for us as we controlled the play and on the 68th minute Mark Wilson grabbed his third goal of the month. The pressure continued and on the stroke of full time Diego Imposta scored the fourth and final goal of the game,

It was a one man show against FC United as our young Scouser Salkster dominated. On the 18th minute he opened the scoring with a fine strike from ten yards after running onto a through-ball. Seven minutes later he grabbed his second from the penalty spot after he was brought down in the area. It was all too easy for us and just before the break CFuller scored from the edge of the area. The second half was 99% us and on the 77th minute Salkster completed his hat-trick with a powerful shot from six yards. With three minutes in the game FC United pulled a goal back with a counter attach which split my side apart but it was too little too late.

Other News:
We finished the month in 3rd spot and in the play-offs however we cant win promotion by being Champions. That will be decided between Stockport and AFC Telford on the final day.
Some good news for me as Terk has offered me a new contract which will see me still at the club for another year.
Balthazars has started his National C License coaching qualification which the club as covered the cost of. It should take him around four months to complete
Some bad injury news sees Salkster's season over after picking up damaged knee ligaments in the game against FC United. He will be out for around 7-9 weeks

Ben-It did escalate alittle too quickly. We'll have too see what happens sir

Salkster - It is true your namesake was having a damn good season. Hopefully when you come back you'll carry on this great form

May 2019:
The month began with a dire performance against Curzon Athletic which saw my side not register a single effort on goal. Curzon however didn't play that good as well but managed to grab the winner late in the game. We had done enough in the other forty one games of the season to see us qualify for the play-offs. After the game I was informed that we would be playing Blyth in the Vanarama National League North Play-off 1st Round. If we win that game we will be facing AFC Telford in the Semi Final

We now faced the first round play-off tie against Blyth and we dominated the game with ease. We had our first effort on the 13th minute as CFuller ran onto a Neilhoskins through-ball but his final effort went wide of the post. Ten minutes later we had another chance with Mark Wilson trying his luck from outside the area but the effort went high and wide of the post. On the 31st minute we finally took the lead as CFuller fired in a Neilhoskins cross.
The second half was much the same as we continued to press forward and on the hour mark WLKRAS made it two nil with a well struck volley from Sherm's cross. We were all over the Blyth side and with five minutes remaining in the game Balthazars ran into the area unmarked to slot home a Neilhoskins low cross and send us through to the Semi Finals

AFC Telford were our next opponents in the Vanarama North Play-off Semi Final and we got off to a cracking start as Mark Wilson ran into the area with the ball and fired under the keeper on the 4th minute. Twelve minutes later we had another chance with CFuller about bursting the ball on the crossbar with a powerful strike. Just before the half time interval we had yet another chance as Neilhoskins beat the offside trap but his final effort went wide of the post when it was easier to score.
The second half was nine minutes old when we let ourselves down as a poor clearance by Chesterfan was intercepted and D.Udoh fired in under BobBev. The rest of the half dragged by as both my players and the Telford players seemed to be showing some nerves.
The game went into extra time and on the stroke of extra time half time Telford took the lead as D.Smith headed in past BobBev after some woeful team defending. However we responded well with some great forward play and on the 117th minute Balthazars grabbed the equaliser to send the game into penalties.
We had the first penalty and Mark Wilson fired in, Telford's D.Udoh stepped up and fired wide of the post. (1-0)
Our next penalty was taken by Neilhoskins but his effort was saved by the keeper, Telford's D.N'Guessan stepped and fired past BobBev (1-1)
Greyfriars Bobby was up next and his penalty was again saved by the keeper, Telford's J.Debayo fired low past our keeper (1-2)
Balthazars was up next and he hit his penalty with pace past the keeper, T.Santangelo stepped up for Telford and fired past BobBev (2-3)
EvilDave had to score to give us a chance but the pressure got to him and his effort went wide of the post meaning we had another season in the Vanarama North ahead of us (2-3)

Monthly Results: (Vanarama National League North unless stated)

Other News:
On the final day of the season Stockport beat AFC Telford to claim the Vanarama National League North Title and earn automatic promotion.
Balthazars goal in the game against Blyth saw him end a thirteen hour goal drought.

With the season for us ending the club had its annual awards night.

The season review wasn't too bad with us finishing in 4th place and a Play-off Semi Final spot. In the FA Cup we lost in the 3rd Qualifying Round against Kettering. However the FA Trophy we could have done better as we lost to Hereford in the 3rd Qualifying Round.
Our attendance wasn't too shabby as we averaged 4,993 fans per home game which is around 90% of the grounds capacity.
The squads dynamics shows that we have four influential players in the squad with CFuller, Sherm, Neilhoskins and Greyfriars Bobby being those players
After Terk had given me his appraisal for the season he announced that the club will be upgrading our training facilities which will cost us around £2,500,000 and should be finished by early November
Some international news sees EvilDave called up for Russia in the French Youth Invitational Finals.
We finished the season with the record of 21 wins, 13 draws, 8 losses and a goal difference of +32 and a total of 76pts. We were nine points behind the eventual winners Stockport

No Games played therefore no stats

Other News:
The early part of the month saw EvilDave play the full ninety minutes for Russia Under 20's as they beat Ecuador 3-1 however his performance has been brought under scrutiny. The next game he played saw his side facing Portugal which they lost 1-0 and despite playing another ninety minutes his actual play wasn't great.
Other International news sees Rien102 being called up to the Canadian Senior squad for the forthcoming Gold Cup which will start in the middle of the month.
EvilDave's next game for Russia saw his side beating Peru 2-1 and he played the full game again but this time he played well.
The next game for EvilDave saw his side drawing 2-2 against Austria and he was brought off in the 84th minute after not really performing.
Despite not having the best of tournaments EvilDave managed to stay in the side and played a full ninety minutes as his side beat Iceland 2-0.
Rien102's Gold Cup tournament was a none starter as he basically watched from the bench however it could do him some good being around a squad of seasoned International professionals.
The squad will be back on the 1st of July for Pre-season and I have set up a shed load of games for the squad. A total thirteen games to get the fitness back. It could back fire with so many games but on the flip side it could benefit us

Rien - I'd take the call up as a way to gain experience of a major tournament. We'll have to see whether this tactic by the manager works...As for the pay rise I will speak to the owners regarding this

Season Two 2019/20:
July 2019:
The pre-season began with a 2-1 win over Blackburn. We didn't get off to the best of starts as C.Mulgrew gave the the lead on the 13th minute however six minutes later Salkster grabbed the equaliser for us. The game was end to end with both my side and the Blackburn side going for it. For all the attacking that went off though only one more goal was scored as Neilhoskins fired in the winner with ten minutes remaining in the game

We next faced Aldershot and never really got going and it was on the 17th minute that Aldershot took the lead via the boot of L.Walsh. We weren't getting near the ball at all and failed to muster a shot in the first half. The second half was alittle better as we actually pulled our fingers out and on the 82nd minute Salkster headed in the equaliser. Not a good performance in truth

We outclassed our next opponents with some excellent play. We opened the scoring in the 14th minute as CFuller barged into the area and fired under the keeper. Six minutes later we grabbed another goal with Balthazars slotting in from close range. Just before the break Brighouse were reduced to ten men as R.Bagwell lunged in on WLKRAS. The second half was six minutes old when CFuller fired in his second of the game with a brave header. On the 69th minute we added another goal with WLKRAS curling in a brilliant free-kick from twenty yards. Brighouse were no match for us and we grabbed the final goal on the stroke of full time as WLKRAS headed in his second of the game

Jong Ajax were by far the better side and dominated the game with ease. On the 12th minute they took the lead with a low shot which beat the keeper with ease. They piled on the pressure but failed to add to the tally in the first half. The second half was merely twelve seconds old when K.Sierhuis slotted in to give Jong Ajax a two goal cushion. Again they put on the pressure but couldn't get past my defence who were stubborn to say the least.

Our next friendly sees us facing local side South Normanton and in what was supposed to be a walk over failed to materialize. South Normanton put up a good fight and it took us till the 43rd minute to open the scoring as Salkster broke the resistance. The second half was much the same with the lowly visitors keeping us at bay till late in the game as EvilDave headed in a free-kick. I was far from happy with the performance and made sure the players knew it.

Frickley were our next opponents and we again struggled with the basics. The first half saw my side not even come close to the goal. The second half was concentrated in the middle third of the pitch with some very sloppy passing preventing any sort of forward movement. With three minutes remaining in the game though we grabbed the winner as Rien102 headed in from a corner. Another poor performance

We took the lead within six minutes against Salisbury as Mark Wilson slotted home from ten yards after running into the area unmarked. It didn't get any better for Salisbury as on the twelfth minute they were reduced to ten men after D.Fitchett slid with his feet raised. We controlled much of the play and on the 42nd minute T.Palmer diverted a cross past his own keeper for an own goal. The second half saw us piling forward even more and on the 73rd minute Mark Wilson grabbed his second of the game. Three minutes later Salisbury were reduced to nine men after H.Stanley was given his second yellow card followed by a red. There was one last goal in the game as on the stroke of full time Sherm curled one in from the edge of the area.

Glossop were our next opponents and we made a lightening start as within a minute we were a goal up as Neilhoskins headed in from a corner. On the 13th minute we made it two nil with Neilhoskins slotting in from close range. We piled on the pressure and on the 37th minute Salkster fired in from ten yards. The second half was all us and nine minutes into the half Mark Wilson added another goal with a low shot which beat the keeper with ease. We scored our fifth goal with ten minutes remaining in the game as Mark Wilson fired in from the penalty after a handball. On the 88th minute though Glossop pulled a goal back with P.Neal doing the honours for his side

Our next friendly sees us facing Clipstone however it was the away side that took the lead as on the 17th minute A.Speller hit home from ten yards. Their joy didn't last long though as eight minutes later we equalised as WLKRAS headed in with ease. On the 38th minute we took the lead with Mark Wilson firing in from the penalty spot after he was brought down in the area. The second half was pretty dire in truth but on the 79th minute Mark Wilson headed in our third of the game.

Ten minutes into the game against NKF Burbage we took the lead as Salkster showed some skill to beat his marker and wasted no time in firing past the keeper. On the half hour Mark Wilson made it two nil with a daisy cutter which gave the keeper no chance of saving. The second half was all my side but we only managed to get the one goal as CFuller dinked the ball over the keeper after beating the offside trap.

Our final pre-season game of the month sees us facing local rivals Matlock Town and we made light work of them. On the 11th minute we took  the lead as Greyfriars Bobby ran through the defence with ease and slotted in past the keeper. However that was it for the first half as we struggled to get going after the goal. The second half was again all us and on the 68th minute Dalbieder rose above the defence to head in a corner. Ten minutes later we made it three nil with Balthazars rounding the keeper to slide the ball into the empty net. On the stroke of full time we scored again with Balthazars grabbing his second of the game

Other News:
Early in the month Terk announced that plans were afoot to turn FMS Marvels into a professional side. It will take some time to make the change and it is expected to be officially changed by the end of June 2020
After the game against Frickley I was informed by the physio that EvilDave has pulled his knee ligaments and will be out for around three weeks meaning he will miss the rest of pre-season.
The odds for the forthcoming season have been released and we have been quoted at 2-1 favourites to win the league and at 65-1 to get relegated

August 2019:
An early flurry in the game against Brigg sees Mark Wilson scoring on the 8th minute and this was followed by a second goal on the 19th minute with Rien102 heading home. However just before the break Mark Wilson was sent off for a second yellow card. The second half was pretty tight with little action however on the 78th minute CFuller grabbed the third and final goal of the game.

The final pre-season game sees is facing Sheffield and it took till the 25th minute for us to grab the first goal as Mark Wilson tapped in after a keeping error. The second half was nine minutes old when the final goal was scored as Salkster fired in a thunderbolt. We really should have scored more but some poor finishing failed us.

The first game of the season sees us facing Kidderminster. It was a pretty tight affair in truth with neither my side or the Kidderminster side giving much away. The first half saw only the one shot on target as Kidderminster's A.Chambers fired in past my keeper to give them the half time lead. The second half wasn't much better for the fans with little to no chances and the score remained the same throughout

Our next game sees us facing Braintree and we made up for the lacklustre performance against Kidderminster with a dominant show. On the 6th minute we took the lead as Balthazars jinked through the defence and fired in under the keeper. Twelve minutes later it was two nil with Tenthreeleader heading from a corner. It was becoming alittle too easy and on the stroke of half time Rien102 hit a wonderful volley past the keeper. The second half was alittle tighter as we failed to convert of possession into chances. We only made the one real chance on the second half as Sherm hit a powerful strike into the top corner to give us a convincing four nil win.

We now faced an away game against York and never showed up with York dominating without causing my keeper any trouble. The first half was dire for the fans that turned up with not a single effort on target. The second half wasn't much better however a poor challenge by Tenthreeleader saw J.Cassidy fire in the resulting penalty to give York all three points

The next game saw FC United visit The Shield Arena and within a minute we had taken the lead as Salkster headed in a great cross. However after that the game died a death with little in the way of action in the first or second half. After the game I let the players know what I thought of the performance as did the fans.

Our inconsistent start to the season carried on as we struggled with the basics against Chorley. The first half saw both my side and the Chorley side engaged in a midfield battle with both sides struggling with simple passes. The second half saw Chorley coming out the better but for all their pressure they couldn't get through the defence, Yet another poor performance.

The final game of the month saw us travelling to Warrington and yet again we struggled to get going. It was Warrington who put the pressure on and we had our keeper Panpardus to thank for keeping us in the game. The second half was a lot better as the players responded to the Wilson hair dryer and on the 59th minute Balthazars fired in after a brilliant team move. We were in control of the game and on the 82nd minute Salkster curled the ball in from long range to give us a winning end to the first month

September 2019:
The first game of the month saw Altrincham taking the lead within a minute with a J.Hulme strike. However on the 8th minute CFuller equalised with a low strike. Four minutes later though Altrincham retook the lead with another well struck effort. On the half hour we made it two two with CFuller getting his second of the game. Deep into first half injury time CFuller completed his hat-trick from close range. The second half was a real ding dong affair and on the 65th minute Altrincham were reduced to ten men after L.Goulding was sent off. With three minutes remaining in the game Altrincham pulled level again with J.Hallam heading in. On the stroke of full time CFuller grabbed his fourth goal of the game to give us all three points.

The second game of the month saw us again losing an early goal as AFC Telford took the lead with D.Udoh firing under Panpardus. On the 5th minute we levelled as Neilhoskins fired in a penalty after Salkster was brought down in the area. We began to control the game without getting through the Telford defence. The second half was all my side and on the 63rd minute Salkster grabbed the winner with a well struck effort from twenty yards.

A dire game against Curzon Athletic with neither my side or the Curzon side made any sort of headway into the oppositions areas. The second half wasn't much better with little action however on the stroke of full time WLKRAS fired in a brilliant free-kick from twenty five yards after Salkster was brought down.

We now faced Hyde in the FA Cup 2nd Qualifying Round and controlled the game from the start. On the 16th minute we took the lead with Neilhoskins doing the honours from close range. Ten minutes later it was two nil with a powerful strike from twenty yards which Dalbeider hit perfectly. With three minutes remaining in the half it was three nil as Drogba11CFC jinking into the area with ease and fired with pace past the keeper. The second half was much the same and just after the hour we added another goal with Balthazars heading in from a great cross. We were all over Hyde and on the 70th minute Salkster fired in a penalty after Balthazars was brought down. With six minutes remaining in the game WLKRAS hit a powerful strike from outside the area that gave the Hyde keeper no chance of saving.

Blyth were the next opponents and we took the lead in the 17th minute as Mark Wilson grabbed his first goal of the month with a low shot from outside the area which gave the keeper little chance of saving. We were controlling the game but failed to break through the stubborn defence within the rest of the first half. The second half was barely a minute old when we added a second goal as Mark Wilson jinked through the defence with ease and fired past the keeper. We carried on the pressure but again failed to get past the defence and keeper.

The final game of the month saw us dominating Kettering and on the 27th minute we took the lead as Drogba11CFC barged through the defence with ease and slotted in past the keeper. It was too easy for us and on the stroke of half time we grabbed another goal with Drogba11CFC tapping in from a goalkeeping error. The second half saw us carry on the pressure but we again failed to get close to getting a shot on target. I was far from happy with the second half display

October 2019:
The month began with a FA Cup 3rd Qual. Rd tie against Warrington and we started the better with a fine strike from Salkster on the 7th minute. On the 23rd minute we grabbed another goal with Diego Imposta barging into the area and slotted in under the keeper. We were all over the Warrington side and on the stroke of half time as Diego Imposta headed in his second of the game. On the 64th minute D.Baningime pulled a goal back after some poor defending. Three minutes later we were reduced to ten men after Drogba11CFC was sent off for a second yellow card. However this didn't stop us and on the 73rd minute we added another goal with Diego Imposta completing his hat-trick. With six minutes remaining in the game we completed the rout as Sherm fired in from ten yards.

The next game saw us facing Bradford PA and we took the lead on the eighth minute as Salkster fired in from the penalty spot. However on the 19th minute they equalised as L.Knight slotted in from close range after the defence fell asleep. The goal seemed to give my side a kick up the arse and we began to outplay the Bradford side. The second half was all us and on the 64th minute we grabbed what turned out to be the winner as Mark Wilson fired in from close range.

Our next game saw us moving into top spot as we outplayed Brackley. The first half was all us but we just couldn't get through the stubborn Brackley defence. The second half was much the same as we piled on the pressure and on the 67th minute we finally took the lead as Diego Imposta made a mockery of the defence and fired past the keeper. With six minutes remaining in the game we grabbed the killer goal with Mark Wilson doing the honours from outside the areas.

We now faced a FA Cup tie against FC United and we played well and on the 27th minute we took the lead with WLKRAS curling a thunderous free-kick past the keeper. The second half saw us continue to dominate and on the 69th minute we fired in the second and final goal as Balthazars ran through the defence and slotted in under the onrushing keeper. We were by far the better side but couldn't add to our tally.

Twelve minutes into the game against Darlington we took the lead as CFuller showed some skill to beat his marker and slid the ball past the keeper. After the goal though we started to struggle with basics and we couldn't get more than a couple of passes strung together. The second half saw us continue to dominate the game but we just couldn't get that killer pass that would make the second goal. Luckily for us Darlington were showing why they are in the relegation zone as they struggled to get a single effort on goal.

The final game of the month was against local rivals Alfreton and we battered them with some excellent play and on the 15th minute we took the lead as EvilDave headed in from a corner. With five minutes remaining in the half we grabbed another goal with WLKRAS doing the honours from just inside the area. The second half was eight minutes old when we added a third goal as EvilDave sprinted into the area with ease and rounded the keeper to fire into the empty net. With four minutes remaining in the game we made it 4-0 as WLKRAS grabbed his second of the game to complete the rout.

November 2019:
The first game of the month saw us facing Guiseley and we didn't get off to the best of starts as within a minute we were a goal down as T.Hussain barged into the area with ease and fired under my keeper. On the 17th minute it was two nil with R.Thompson beat the offside trap and slotted in past BobBev. We weren't getting near the ball and on the 42nd minute J.Dyche slotted in from the penalty spot after Chesterfan2 fouled in the area. The second half was a lot better as my half time words seemed to give you lot a kick up the arse. It didn't take us long to find the net as on the 48th minute Balthazars sprinted clear of the defence and wasted no time in firing past the keeper. Ten minutes later we grabbed another goal with Mark Wilson slotting in from ten yards. We carried on the pressure and on the 84th minute we got the equaliser as Mark Wilson fired in from the penalty spot after he was fouled in the area.

Our next game was the FA Cup 1st Rd tie against Lincoln and we got off to a cracking start as Diego Imposta beat the defence with ease and fired under the keeper. However on the 13th minute Lincoln equalised as H.Anderson ran from the wing and unleashed a thunderous effort past the keeper. Six minutes later though we retook the lead as Balthazars jinked through the defence and fired with pace past the outstretched arms of the keeper. We were controlling the game and on the Diego Imposta headed another goal into the top corner. Lincoln looked second rate and just before the break we added another goal with Balthazars slotting in from ten yards.
The second half was all us and on the 67th minute we made it 5-1 with EvilDave curling the ball into the top corner which saw the keeper failing to get close to it. We had one last goal in the game as EvilDave ran onto a through-ball and hit low and hard past the keeper to complete an impressive rout.

After the domination of the previous game we struggled to get close to scoring against the King's Lynn side. We did however dominate the game with plenty of possession however we just couldn't get close to King's Lynn goal and failed to register a decent shot on goal.

Twenty three seconds into the game we took the lead against Leamington as Salkster barged through the defence and fired in under the keeper. On the 4th minute we grabbed another goal with Salkster grabbing his second of the game with a powerful effort from outside the area. Two minutes later Neilhoskins made it three nil with a brave header which gave the keeper little chance of saving. On the 23rd minute through Leamington pulled a goal back with M.Cregan slotting in from twelve yards. Seven minutes later we conceded another goal with M.Cregan heading in from close range after my defence seemed to fall asleep. The second half was ten minutes old when we scored what turned out to be the final goal as Gavrenwick hit home from just outside the area after beating the defence to a loose ball.

The final game of the month saw us facing Colchester in the FA Cup 2nd Rd and they dominated the game with ease. However despite their domination they struggled to get past my stubborn defence. Colchester piled on the pressure but they failed to score and the game would be replayed next month

December 2019:
The month began with a FA Trophy 3rd Qualifying Round tie against Warrington and we were by far the better side. It took us till the 13th minute to open the scoring with Salkster providing the crowd with a world class strike into the top corner of the net. Ten minutes later we had another chance with Salkster again coming close but this time his strike rattled the upright. We carried on the domination into the second half but failed to get past the stubborn defence. We had one last chance to score late in the game as Mark Wilson fluffed from the penalty spot after a handball.

Our first league game of the month saw us facing relegation threatened Barrow. Again it was Salkster who gave us an early lead with a fine strike on the 16th minute which gave the keeper little chance of saving. We were outplaying the Barrow side and on the 43rd minute we grabbed a second goal with Neilhoskins heading in from a corner. The second half was barely three minutes old when we were reduced to ten men after Rien102 was sent off for a two footed lunge. With ten men we still controlled the game but lacked that killer final touch. On the 74th minute we were reduced to nine men after Bagpuss picked up an injury and couldn't carry one, and I had already used all three subs.

Next we faced Colchester in the FA Cup 2nd Round replay and we seemed to fall apart as on the 3rd minute F.Nouble gave the visitors the lead. Twelve minutes later it was two nil with H.Poll heading in past the keeper. We were being torn apart and on the 39th minute B.Dickenson grabbed their third goal. During the interval I vented my frustration and you lot seemed to listen as we upped our game in the final forty five minutes. On the 73rd minute we pulled a goal back as EvilDave jinked through the defence and fired in from close range. We were controlling the play and on the stroke of full time we made it 3-2 with Mark Wilson slotting in from ten yards but it was too little too late. However I can't fault your lots second half performance

We now faced 4th placed Southport and again outplayed them with real ease. The only surprise was it took till the 34th minute for us to open the scoring as Mark Wilson beat the offside trap and fired in under the onrushing keeper. The second half was much the same with attack after attack but we only managed to make one of them pay with Balthazars rattling in from outside the area.

Next up was yet another cup game as we faced AFC Telford in the FA Trophy 1st Round. Telford made it extremely hard for themselves as on the 2nd minute J.Joseph was sent off for a professional foul in the area and with the resulting penalty Neilhoskins fired in to give us the lead. On the 18th minute we made it two nil with Neilhoskins grabbing his second with a deft chip over the keeper from just inside the area. We were making it look easy but on the 38th minute a lapse in concentration saw J.Joseph pull a goal back for the away side. The second half was all us again and on the 59th minute Mark Wilson restored our two goal advantage with a curling effort from twelve yards. Their was one final goal in the game as WLKRAS ran in from the wing and fired into the bottom corner with seven minutes left on the clock.

We now faced a struggling Boston United in the league and it was the struggler's who opened the scoring with S.Heard skilfully beating my defence to fire in under the keeper. However that was about it for them as we upped the gears and on the 29th minute Neilhoskins headed in from ten yards to equalise. Just before the break we added another goal this it was Salkster who ran through the defence with far too much ease and wasted no time in rounding the keeper and tapping into the empty net. The second half was one sided with my side controlling the play but only managed the one goal as Mark Wilson fired in from outside the area to give us a 3-1 victory.

The final game of the month and we faced Kidderminster at home. It was the away side who started the better and on the 23rd minute they took the lead as T.Beere hit home from inside the area. They were controlling the ball a lot better than we were but with three minutes remaining in the half they were reduced to ten men after a second yellow card. The second half saw us making the most of the numeral advantage however we couldn't get into the attacking third as we struggled with the basics of passing. It took till injury time for us to get through as a long ball was volleyed in by EvilDave to give us a share of the points. We really should have won this game guys

January 2020:
The first match of the month sees us facing Braintree and we got off to a great start as Mark Wilson ran through the defence and fired under the onrushing keeper. We carried on the pressure and on the 17th minute we grabbed another goal with Salkster beating the offside trap and hitting a powerful strike past the keeper. For us though that was it for the first half. The second half was a different story as Braintree tried their hardest to get back in the game but we managed to defend every attack they threw at us.

We now faced York and got off to a poor start and on the 8th minute we went a goal down as J.Cassidy jinked through our defence and fired in past the keeper. York came close to another goal on the 34th minute with a curling effort which saw the upright rattling. The second half was a lot better for us as we started to actually play and on the 54th minute Neilhoskins gave us the equaliser with a low shot which beat the keeper at his near post. We were all over the York side and with twelve minutes remaining in the game we grabbed the winner as Salkster rose above the defence and headed in a corner.

Our next game saw us facing Warrington and in truth we struggled to get into the game, luckily for us Warrington weren't much better with our sides not managing to string any sort of attack together. The first half saw virtually no attacking action at all. The second half was just as bad however their was a winner in the game as WLKRAS curled a powerful free-kick into the top corner after Salkster was fouled on the way too goal. Not a great game for the purists

We now faced Wrexham in the FA Trophy 2nd Rd and got off to a terrible start as within a minute K.McFarlane had fired them into the lead with a long range effort which gave the keeper no chance of saving. Wrexham were by far the dominant side and they controlled the majority of the half and on the stroke of the interval they added another goal with K.McFarlane ripping through the defence with far too much ease. The second half saw Wrexham carrying on from the first but we finally remembered how to defend and they couldn't get through. Their was one goal in the half as Balthazars ran onto a looping ball over the top to fire in past the keeper on the 89th minute but it was too little too late. After the game I was far from happy and called everyone into training the following day

The final game of the month saw facing mid table Chorley and again we started poorly as on the 4th minute they took the lead with L.Almond heading in from close range after some woeful defending. However we reacted well and on the 16th minute we grabbed the equaliser as EvilDave slotted in from twelve yards after running onto a low cross. With six minutes remaining in the half we took the lead as debutant C.Horse (Copperhorse21) fired in with power to give the keeper no chance of saving. The second half was all us as we dominated every aspect of play however we only managed to grab the one goal as on the 73rd minute CFuller finally scored after a thirteen hour long goal drought.

February 2020:
The first game of the month saw us facing Altrincham and we began well with some good attacking movement however we struggled to get past their stubborn defence. The second half was much the same with as we piled forward at every chance but we just couldn't get through the defence. However on the 83rd minute Altrincham grabbed the winner as B.O'Brien diverted a cross past his own keeper to give us all three points.

Our next game was against Blyth and we controlled the play and on the 24th minute we took the lead as CFuller beat the offside trap and fired under the keeper. However Blyth responded well and on the 43rd minute N.Bell equalised. The second half was mainly dominated by my side and on the 79th minute we grabbed the winner as Rien102 rose above the defence and headed in from close range.

AFC Telford were our next opponents and we started well with a thunderous strike from Balthazars which gave the keeper little chance of saving. We were all over the Telford side but with two minutes remaining in the half we were reduced to ten men after Rien102 was given a straight after a poor two footed lunge. The second half was all Telford and on the 58th minute D.Newton levelled for the home side with a low strike. We were being outplayed with ease and with ten minutes remaining in the game S.Sutton fired in the winner for Telford which became our first league loss in twenty six

We followed our first loss in a time with another as Curzon dominated us with ease and on the 23rd minute we went a goal down as J.Milambo barged into the area and fired with pace past my keeper. Soon after they had another chance with a penalty which was fired high over the crossbar. The second half was much the same with Curzon dominating but they couldn't get through my defence. In truth we should have been truly battered.

The final game of the month saw us facing Kettering and on the 23rd minute they took the lead as W.Figueira jinked through the defence and wasted no time in firing under the keeper. We were being outplayed but luckily for us my defence were brilliant. The second half was a lot better as we upped the gears but we struggled to break down the defence but on the 81st minute Balthazars fired in a powerful strike to give us a deserved point. However I was far from happy with the first half performance

Other News:
Despite only two wins out of the five games we played we still hold a fifteen point gap over second placed Curzon Ashton with ten games remaining in the season. We are also 26pts clear of the being out of play-off contention, so a couple of wins in the following month means we are guaranteed at least a play-off spot.
After an excellent January I was awarded with the Manager of the Month Award for a 100% record in the month.
Injury news sees Diego Imposta out for around 6-7 weeks after straining his Hamstring in the game against Blyth meaning he missed the majority of the month and probably half of March as well.
Disciplinary news sees Rien102 banned for two match for his sending off against AFC Telford. I have fined him a weeks wages for the challenge which he accepted.

March 2020:
The first match of the month sees us facing Bradford PA and we took an early lead as CFuller fired in from close range on the 8th minute. It didn't take long till we had another chance to score but this time CFuller failed to hit the target. We were in complete control and just before the break we grabbed another goal as B.Beck ran into the area with the ball and fired in under the keeper. The second half was barely five minutes old when we were reduced to ten men after Dalbieder earn't a second yellow card. Bradford PA players started to up their game and on the 83rd minute they pulled a goal back as B.McKenna headed past the keeper but it was too little too late.

Our next game saw us facing Brackley and despite starting the better it was the home side that took the lead as J.Armson sprinted through my defence and fired under the keeper. After the goal my players started to play better and on the stroke of half time we came close with a long range effort from C.Horse which was tipped over the crossbar by the keeper. The second half was all us and on the 79th minute we finally grabbed the equaliser we deserved with CFuller doing the honours from just inside the area. The draw was enough to see us secure a play-off spot

Darlington were our next opponents and we began well with C.Horse firing in from outside the area on the 29th minute. However after the goal we seemed to stop playing and on the 41st minute L.Connelly slotted in from six yards after we failed to defend a simple cross. The second half was all Darlington and on the 74th minute they grabbed the winner with T.Galbraith heading in a corner after some more woeful defending. Not a great game at all.

A terrible way to end the month as we were well and truly beaten by Guiseley. On the 15th minute we were a goal down as W.Hatfield curled in from outside the area after some poor midfield play. Twelve minutes later we grabbed another goal with C.Morrison beating the offside trap and wasted no time in firing under the onrushing keeper. The second half was much the same with Guiseley piling forward and on the 49th minute K.James headed in from a corner which my keeper and team failed to deal with. Just after the hour mark it was four nil with R.Liburd running through the defence with ease and rounding the keeper to slot home into the empty net. There was one more goal in the game with H.Kumwenda hitting home a thunderous shot from outside the area to give the keeper little chance of saving.

Other News:
With one win out of the four games played saw us still top but by only eleven points. The good news for the month though sees us securing at least a Play-off spot.
Balthazars has started this month his coaching course to earn his National B Qualification, he has decided to pay for it himself and will take around 4 months to complete.
Rien102 has been called up to the Canadian National side for the match against French Guiana on the 24th. Rien102 played in the said game to earn his first cap and played the final twenty three minutes as his side drew 2-2. He played OK but like the rest of his side they didn't play to their ability.

April 2020:
The first game of the month saw us facing local rivals Alfreton Town and we showed them why we were top of the table with some excellent play. However the only thing of play that wasn't excellent was the finishing as we failed to hit the target with any of our first half shots. The second half was much the same as we piled on the pressure and it took a 74th minute penalty from Salkster to give us all three points. We really should have routed them.

The next game saw us facing Leamington knowing a win would secure us the title however the nerves seemed to have gotten to you lot as you struggled with the basics like passing. Luckily for us Leamington weren't much better. The game pretty much dragged on and I would have preferred to have watched pain dry.

We now faced King's Lynn and yet again a win would give us the title but yet again the passing and general play was dire with not a single effort on or off target in the first half. The second half was alittle better as our passing improved but that was it. However deep into injury time a lumped ball up field was fired in by CFuller to send the crowd wild and to send us up to the Vanarama National League as Champions.

Our next game was against Barrow and they showed more heart than us as they piled on the forward pressure and on the 16th minute E.Wassall headed in to give them the lead. They carried on the pressure and just before the break it was two nil as D.Whitehead slotted in from close range. The second half was all Barrow with plenty of attacking football without them really testing my keeper. Maybe you lot celebrated too hard after the King's Lynn game

The final game of the game was alittle entertaining to say the least as defending went out of the window against Southport. The first goal of the game saw Neilhoskins running in from the wing and unleashing a thunderbolt into the top corner of the net on the 7th minute. Nine minutes later it was 1-1 as E.Osborne beat the offside trap to fire in under the keeper. On the 28th minute we retook the lead as Rien102 rose above the defence and headed in a corner. Just before the break Southport equalised again as R.Astles hit home from ten yards after my defence went AWOL. The second half was all out attack with both my side and the Southport side going for it but unlike the first half there was only one goal as CFuller fired in the winner on the 78th minute to give us all three points

Other News:
The month ended with us top of the table and promoted as Champions, we still have the one game to play in May but we can play that with no pressure.
The only other piece of news for the month sees Terk informing me that the club has now turned professional. I will now have the task of changing all the clubs players and staffs contract onto full time contracts

May 2020:
The only match of the month saw us basically playing it out making it more of a training match. Boston in truth were pretty dire. The only goal of the game came on the 66th minute as Salkster fired in from the penalty spot after a handball. After that the game pretty much died a death until the final whistle when the crowd erupted and invaded the pitch to help the players celebrate the Title.
After the fans finally left the pitch we had the chance to lift the trophy with Captain Neilhoskins doing the honours.

Monthly Results: (Vanarama National League North unless stated)

Where are they Now:
BenArsenal was the first player to leave FMS Marvels when he moved to League Two side Swindon for a fee of £14,000 on the 8th August but due to a change in manager not long after he joined he wasn't registered and basically failed to play a single competitive game throughout the season. His matches were all reserve games which he played eleven of and conceded ten goals with four clean sheets. Hopefully his second season at Swindon will be better for him

Gavrenwick also joined League Two side Swindon in the January transfer window for a fee of £14,000. He faired alittle better than the previous player who joined Swindon as he was actually registered. He made a total of ten appearances for Swindon with six of those coming on from the bench. He didn't score in the debut season but only earn't the one yellow card

Drogb11CFC joined Championship side Norwich in January for a fee of £18,000. He failed to make his first team debut during the first season and spent all his time in the Under 23's. He made fifteen appearances for the Under 23's with two goals and an assist. He earn't one Player of the Match award and earn't one yellow card. He will be hoping that the Norwich manager gives him a chance in the first team next season

Mark Wilson joined Championship side Reading towards the end of the January transfer window for a fee of £20,000. He failed to make a first team appearance for Reading and spent his time in the Under 23's where he made nine appearances with six of them from the bench. He did score twice. He will also be hoping for more first team action next season

EvilDave joined Championship side Southend for a fee of £41,500 and made four appearance's with two coming from the bench. He failed to score in those four appearance's but played well. Hopefully he did enough in those appearance's to get a first team spot next season

Season Three 2020/2021:
July 2020:
Our first friendly of the pre-season saw us facing Brackley and the game in truth was pretty even with not much splitting the sides. The only goal of the game came on the 31st minute as J.Armason fired in from the penalty spot after Rien102 fouled in the area. The rest of the game though was pretty tight and no other goal was scored.

We now faced Aston Villa and grabbed the first goal of the game with CFuller slotting in from close range after running onto a loose ball. The rest of the first half was based in the middle of the pitch with little chances. The second half was again mainly based within the middle third of the pitch but on the 84th minute Aston Villa grabbed the equaliser with J.Bedeau firing in.

Our next game was against PSG Reserves and it was a great game for the fans that turned up. We opened the scoring with Greyfriars Bobby heading in from a corner on the 15th minute. Three minutes later we added a second goal with CFuller slotting in a low shot past the keeper to make it two nil. On the stroke of half time PSG pulled a goal back with D.Joveljic firing a free-kick into the top corner. The second half was very open and on the 48th minute PSG equalised as BobBev diverted a powerful PSG shot into the net for an own goal. Ten minutes later we retook the lead as Greyfriars Bobby hit home from twenty yards to give the keeper no chance. On the 65th minute we added another goal with Balthazars curling in from outside the area. With eight minutes remaining in the game we made it 5-2 with Neilhoskins firing in from the penalty spot after a handball. Deep into injury time PSG Reserves pulled another goal back with N.Perez heading in.

A dominant performance against Bedworth as we completely routed them. On the 2nd minute we took the lead with WLKRAS doing the honours from outside the area with a fine shot. Six minutes later Neilhoskins hitting the ball in off the upright. We were all over Bedworth and on the 39th minute Balthazars headed in from a corner. Bedworth weren't getting near the ball and on the 67th minute Balthazars grabbed his second goal of the game with a low shot past the keeper. With three minutes remaining in the game we completed the rout as Salkster slotted in from the penalty spot.

We began well against Bolton as Balthazars continued his great pre-season form with a well struck effort from outside the area on the 34th minute. However after the goal Bolton started to control the game and on the 63rd minute Z.Clough equalised with a well worked team move. They kept up the pressure and with ten minutes remaining in the game Z.Clough scored another goal to give his side a 2-1 win.

We now faced Southend and three minutes into the game we went a goal down with J.Maja curling into the top corner after some poor defending. Ten minute later though Southend were reduced to ten men after S.Gamble was sent off for a two footed lunge. On the 19th minute we grabbed the equaliser as Terk Jr beat the offside trap and fired under the keeper. Twelve minutes later we took the lead as Salkster jinked through the defence and fired past the keeper with ease. Just before the break Salkster grabbed his second of the game with a powerful strike. The second half was ten minutes old when Manxie Ash rose above the defence and headed a looping cross. It was far too easy for us and on the 78th minute we completed the rout as Salkster fired in his third of the game to keep the match ball.

An early sending off against AS Monaco Reserves helped us with J.Serrano receiving a straight red for a professional foul on the 5th minute. Six minutes later we had taken advantage as Faramir ran through the Monaco defence and fired with power past the keeper. We carried on piling forward after the goal and on the 39th minute we added another goal with Salkster firing in from ten yards after beating the defence to a loose ball. The final goal of the game was scored by Balthazars who sprinted onto a through-ball and rounded the keeper to fire into the empty net. A damn good performance lads.

The first half was pretty dire with in truth with not much in the way action for the few fans that had turned up. The only thing of note was the fact Neilhoskins managed to get only a yellow card for a blatant red card offence. The second half was a lot better as you lot heeded my half time words and on the 48th minute we opened the scoring as a cross was diverted past his own keeper by C.Dobson. Twelve minutes later we made it two nil with Balthazars jinking into the area and firing under the onrushing keeper. The scoring was completed on the 87th minute as CFuller saw the keeper off his line and dinked the ball over him from 30 yards.

The final game of the month saw us facing Harrogate and we were by far the better side and on the 23rd minute Balthazars slotted in past the keeper from close range after a low cross beat the defence with ease. Fifteen minutes later we added another goal as Salkster showed some silky skill to get through the defence and wasted no time in firing in past the keeper. The second half was much the same as we piled on the pressure however we only managed to get the one extra goal as T.Owens headed in from a free-kick.

August 2020:
The first game of the month saw my side facing a young West Ham United side but in truth it wasn't the greatest of game with very little in the way of action. It was no surprise that after ninety minutes of dire football no goals were scored.

The first game of the season saw us facing Crewe and we took an early lead as WLKRAS barged through the defence with ease and fired under the keeper. On the 17th minute we grabbed another goal with CFuller jinking into the area and waited no time in firing past the keeper. Eight minutes later though Crewe pulled a goal back with R.Wintle striking in from the edge of the area. With three minutes remaining in the half Crewe equalised as C.Ainley rose above the defence and headed past G.Spencerzyk. The second half was ten minutes old when we grabbed the lead again as Faramir hit a thunderous effort into the top corner from the corner of area. Crewe never came out in the second half and with six minutes remaining in the game we added a fourth goal with Neilhoskins getting in on the act.

The next game we faced Tranmere and we failed to carry on from the previous game as the away side dominated. On the 18th minute they took the lead as C.Duffus ran through my defence with far too much ease and fired under G.Spencerzyk. Tranmere were all over us and just before the break a last ditch clearance by Rien102 saved us from going a further goal down. The second half  was again all Tranmere and on the 75th minute P.Goncalves added a second. In truth we were pretty dire and deserved to have had more scored against us.

We next played Torquay and on the 4th minute we went a goal down as Z.Newton beat the offside trap and fired under G.Spencerzyk. Eight minutes later it was two nil with T.Owens failing to clear a ball properly and A.Tajbakhsh hit home with pace past my keeper.. We weren't getting near the ball and were lucky not to have more scored against us. The second half though was a lot better as you lot react to my words. On the 64th minute we pulled a goal back with T.Owens making up for his previous error with a thunderous effort past the keeper.  With twelve minutes remaining in the game we levelled the scores with Balthazars jinking through the defence and rounded the keeper to slide the ball into the net. His first goal in thirteen hours.

We now faced Sutton and on the 3rd minute we took the lead as Salkster ran through the defence with ease and fired under the onrushing keeper. Soon after we grabbed a second goal with Neilhoskins rising above the defence and headed a M.Van Bas Turd cross into the top corner of the net. We were in complete control and dominated the first half. The second half though was a different story as Sutton piled on the pressure and on the hour mark F.Raymond fired with ease past Panpardus who was slow to react. It was becoming too easy for Sutton and on the 86th minute they got the equaliser they deserved with a low shot from D.Wishart. I was furious with the second half performance.

A dire performance against FC Halifax which saw us being battered by Halifax. On the 11th minute we went a goal down as R.Vieira jinked through the area and fired past Panpardus. Seven minutes later we went down to ten men after WLKRAS was sent off for a two foot lunge. On the half hour mark we were two goals down with R.Pyke beating the offside trap and rounding Panpardus to fire into the empty net. On the 43rd minute it was 3-0 with R.Pyke grabbing his second of the game with a fine strike which gave our keeper no chance of saving. The second half wasn't much better and on the 74th minute R.Pyke completed his hat-trick with a brave header that saw him collide with the post afterwards. On the stroke of full time we pulled a goal back as Neilhoskins fired in from distance. Another poor performance guys.

The final game of the month and it was entertaining to say the least. On the 4th minute we took the lead as Sherm ran through the defence and fired past the keeper. Three minutes later J.Bird had equalised for Wealdstone. Straight from kick off though Wealdstone intercepted the ball and S.Sanders put the home side into the lead. It was all go and on the 22nd minute Wealdstone added another goal with M.Longstaff giving them a 3-1 lead. The second half though was all us as we dominated with ease and on the 48th minute Neilhoskins fired in from twelve yards to give the keeper no chance of saving. Ten minutes later we levelled the scores with Diego Imposta hitting a thunderous effort into the top corner of the net. With four minutes remaining in the game we grabbed the final goal as a Faramir cross was diverted past his own keeper by A.Obileye for an own goal

September 2020:
The month began with a poor performance against Billericay in which the home side played the better football from the get go. Billericay had the chance to take the lead from the penalty spot on the 27th as M.Powell fouled in the area, luckily for us BobBev managed to save the shot. The second half was all Billericay and on the 83rd minute they finally got the winner they deserved with C.Lines firing in from close range.

Six minutes into the game against Hartlepool we grabbed the lead as Salkster beat the offside trap and fired under the keeper. Ten minutes later though Hartlepool equalised as T.Chakwana rose above M.Ash and headed past BobBev. On the 34th minute we retook the lead as Salkster fired in from the penalty spot after C.Horse was brought down in the area. The second half was eight minutes old when Hartlepool levelled the scores again with T.Chakwana grabbed his second of the game. We kicked on from there and on the 85th minute Salkster completed his hat-trick.

A dire game against Dag & Red with both our side and the Dag & Red side not playing the beautiful game at all. Throughout the ninety minutes there wasn't a single meaningful shot on target.

We now faced local rivals Chesterfield and made light work of them. On the 9th minute we took the lead as Faramir jinked through the defence and slotted in past the outstretched arms of the keeper. Six minutes later the same player added another goal with a low shot which beat the keeper with ease. We were all over the Chesterfield side and on the 42nd minute we grabbed a third goal with CFuller heading in a WLKRAS cross. The second half was all us again and on the 67th minute Balthazars hit a powerful shot into the top corner of the net. We scored once more as deep into injury time Rien102 hit a thunderous strike which gave the keeper no chance of saving.

The final game of the month sees us facing Barnet and we dominated them with ease and on the second minute we took the lead as Neilhoskins jinked through the defence and wasted no time in firing past the keeper. On the 13th minute we grabbed another goal with CFuller curling the ball in off the upright. We were all over the Barnet side and on the 44th minute we scored another goal with Balthazars ran into the area with ease and wasted no time in firing past the keeper. The second half was barely a minute old when we added another goal with Balthazars heading in from a Sherm cross. On the 65th minute CFuller managed to score again with a long range effort which flew into the top corner. We grabbed one more goal in the game as with nine minutes remaining in the game CFuller completed his hat-trick with a fine strike which gave the keeper no chance of saving

October 2020:
An entertaining game for the fans as we played a six goal thriller against Boreham Wood. The first goal of the game was scored in the 9th minute as S.Rendell slotted in from close range  after some poor defending by Dalbieder. Twelve minutes later the scorelines were level as CFuller rose above the defence and headed a B.Beck cross past the keeper. It was end to end football and on the 37th minute Rien102 hit a power low shot past the keeper from ten yards after finding himself upfield. The second half was barely a minute old when Boreham Wood levelled the scores again as T.Bakinson made a mockery of the defence and fired under Panpardus. On the 54th minute we were reduced to ten men after Dalbieder was given his second yellow card of the game which of course was followed by the red. Ten minutes after the sending off Boreham Wood retook the lead as R.Bevan beat my defence with ease and fired past the outstretched arms of Panpardus. There was one final goal in the game as on the 78th minute CFuller grabbed his second of the game with a curling effort into the back of the net.

Another cracking game for the fans this time against Fylde. However it didn't get off to the best of starts as on the 18th minute D.Rowe hit a great shot past Panpardus who stood no chance of saving. Eight minutes later it was two nil with R.Williams headed past the keeper after some poor defending. We were being outplayed everywhere on the pitch and on the 36th minute D.Philliskirk made it three nil with a low shot from six yards after yet again some woeful defending. It was getting embarrassing for us as with two minutes remaining in the half Fylde scored a fourth goal from the edge of the area as E.Hudson dinked the ball over the head of Panpardus. (As mod I cant repeat what was said to my side at half time). The second half was what could I say, different. We started to actually play and on the 59th minute we pulled a goal back as Salkster jinked through the defence and slotted in under the onrushing keeper. Ten minutes later we grabbed a second goal with Salkster hitting home from outside the area with a powerful strike. We were controlling the play with real ease and on the 72nd minute CFuller headed in from a M.Powell cross who had ventured upfield. With three minutes remaining in the game we levelled the scores with CFuller hitting an audacious effort from 25 yards after running onto a Neilhoskins pass. However we let ourselves down as one poor pass was intercepted by T.Brewitt and he lashed it into the back of the net deep into injury time.

Our next game saw us facing AFC Telford and we actually performed as a team and on the 23rd minute we took the lead as Neilhoskins curled in a free-kick from twenty five yards after Greyfriars Bobby was brought down on the way to goal. With six minutes remaining in the half we added another goal with Bagpuss rising above the defence and headed a C.Horse corner past the keeper. The second half was much the same as we carried on the forward pressure and on the 73rd minute we grabbed our final goal of the game with a  low shot from CFuller which beat the keeper at his far post.

Our next game saw us facing a FA Cup 4th Qualifying Round tie against Blyth and we took an early lead as Neilhoskins jinked through the defence with ease and fired under the keeper. However after the goal it went all tits up as we struggled with the basics. On the 37th minute we conceded the equaliser as S.Reid hit a curling effort towards the top corner top beat G.Spencerzyk. The second half was all Blyth and on the 68th minute they grabbed the winner as the defence were slow to react to a loose ball and J.Clark fired in under the keeper to send us out of the cup.

Three minutes into the game against Wrexham we took the lead as Neilhoskins slotted in from the edge of the area. Wrexham weren't getting much of the ball and on the 39th minute we added another goal with M.Ash rising above the defence and heading a B.Beck corner past the keeper. The second half was all us but we only managed to grab the one goal as Neilhoskins fired in on the 89th minute. We by rights should have scored a lot more.

Not the greatest of games for the fans with some poor play in truth by both sides. The game had only the one chance on the first half as C.Horse ran onto a Neilhoskins through-ball and fired into the back of the net for his first goal in 18 hours of play. The second half was again poor with little in the way of play but as happened in the first the only chance of the half saw the goal with Marco Van Bas Turd slotting in to give us a flattering two nil win.

The final game of the month saw us taking an early lead against Maidstone with C.Horse heading a Faramir cross past the home keeper. Soon after we grabbed another goal with Neilhoskins hitting a powerful shot high into the net. After the goal though we relaxed far too much and on the 29th minute O.Muldoon pulled a goal back for Maidstone. With three minutes remaining Maidstone equalised as G.Alexander doing the honours much to the delight of the home fans. The second half was all Maidstone and on the 67th minute O.Muldoon grabbed his second of the game to give Maidstone the lead. With twelve minutes remaining in the game Maidstone grabbed a fourth goal with J.Loza killing the game off.
