Loading Game through iCloud on separate devices.

I can’t seem to get around this message when trying to load a save on my iPad, that I originally created and play on my iPhone.

It’s the same version on both devices and I’ve tried re installing on both too.

Anyone else come across this before?

Update, I transferred the save game via iTunes and tried to load the save and now have this message.

Confused as the iPad has over 1GB free, are there any workarounds?

i have started a new game on the iPad and saved to iCloud which I can open and run fine on both devices.

Done some general research online and I expect the iPad 2 is that behind the times now it can't cope with too many leagues loaded?

Dug it out from a few years ago so purely for FM so perhaps just means a new model required!

There is a large difference in processing power between the two devices and so it is likely that that iPad 2 just can't deal with it well enough. As you said, the limit for amount of leagues/players loaded is much lower on the iPad 2 than on the iPhone 8. Hope this helps :)
