wazza Posted November 12, 2018 Share Posted November 12, 2018 Slowly getting to grips with the new training and thought I had got everything sussed after 1 week and 2 matches in pre-season when my assistant reports that 3 of my players may become unhappy in training, 2 want less quickness training and 1 wants more tactical defensive training. I am also training these players in there respective roles without any extra focus at the moment, The roles that the players are trained in do not train quickness or pace as they are deep lying forward / central midfield roles. Im guessing for this I am to reduce some of the Pre-Season training routines to ones with less pace and acceleration in as the pre-season schedules don't have a quickness routine loaded into it and also to add a tactical defensive schedule in to help the players. However as its pre season and the players need to be fit I don't really want to reduce the physical aspect that much which may make the players become unhappy so not sure what to do Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
