The first level of the Russian league system is the 16-club Premier League. Below it are the National Football League, a self-governing league, and the Second Division, administered by the Russian Football Union. The National League consists of 20 clubs, and the Second Division has 73 clubs split geographically into five zones (West, Centre, South, Ural-Povolzhye, and East) with varying numbers of clubs in each. After each season, the top two clubs of the National League replace bottom two clubs of the Premier League, and champions of each Second Division zone replace five bottom clubs of the National League. A championship between youth teams of Premier League clubs also exists

How to add Russia (D3) on FM19

Extract the contents of the .zip archive.

Move the .fmf files to: 
documents/sports interactive/football manager 2019/editor data
Create the last folder if it doesn't exist.

Open FM19 and start a new career save. In the top right of the screen, under "Database", make sure each one of the database is selected.

Hello.

I would like to ask why is there a u21 league just for premier division and not FNL and PFL league teams? ALso isnt Torpedo Moscow board asking wrongly for the title? club has a weak team and they want to be champions? What?
