Which one between 2 formations

Recommended Posts

Sorry fella but not sure I understand either.  Not a lot of width.  Only attacking role in top third of the pitch comes from a shadow striker.  And a crowded midfield ahead of a Quarterback player as deep lying playmaker role behind whom there is a ball playing defender?  Are you hoping to score from 1 on 1s with long balls over the top?

I would not prefer the first one  as  I assume CM(A) and AP(s) would cover almost similar zones practically when in posession.

In general I would only opt for those kind of systems when  the opponents tends to  play aggresively attacking towards my team. (which is also not common when playing against the COM)

@Robson 07 width can be provided by FB(a) in the 1st and CWB(a) in the 2nd. It's true that SS it's the only attacking role in the final third, but CM(a) will also join him in the box. CM(s) will too sometimes, he also has Get Further Forward.

:) consider me not sold.  I think you're making things harder than needs be.  Good luck fella.
