I believe you need Steam, yes. @Elliott J Miller My current laptop is substantially lower in spec and handles it fine for me. It's not lightening quick but it's not painfully slow. I would expect the one above to run 10 leagues without much problem, but obviously the more detail you add the slower it will get.
