Pressing Urgency in FM19

Is it just me who is very confused on the pressing in FM19?

Here's an out of the box/default 442 from the "create your own style" option.

I picked two random players to inspect their pressing urgency though the PI's.

AF(A) and CM(S)

The first thing I notice is that neither of them have the option for the pressing urgency to be completely maxed out from the PI.

If I use the TI "more urgent:"

There is no visible change in the pressing urgency when I look at the PI's.

In FM18, if you use close down more as a TI, you would see change in the PI's.

If I use the TI "extremely urgent:"

Then both players have visible maxed out pressing urgency in the PI's.That's weird because I couldn't do initially from the PI's as I mentioned earlier. Also weird is that I can't change it for AF. But the CM(s) can be changed as you can see in the meter bars, the AF is one whole bar but the CM(S) is divided into 2.

I then experimented with changing the CM(S) to other roles...for example DLP(S):

For some reason witth the DLP, it's locked in as full with no option to change as there was with the CM role. 

I'm just having a lot of trouble with figuring out pressing in this edition of the game and am not sure if the UI is bugged or I'm missing something.

I raised something similar on the day the beta was released. Got no response.

Also, how are you sure the change is there?

Why does the BWM not have max closing down by default anymore? I thought that was his job...

some player in china said :

Tight marking in TI = men to men or zone marking 

Tight marking in PI = tell player keep closer to his target.

marking specific in PI = player will unlikely do "cover" job any more.


i think do more test on this..

The description seems wrong too... Its maxed out and you have TI extremely urgent pressing... But description on PI screen suggest the player is maxed at 'less urgent'... 

Im not so sure it is just a UI issue... As the pressing ive seen in my tests is eratic
