Apart from the tactics and strength of the squad, the result is strongly influenced by the tactical performance of your assistant, which can only be seen through FMRTE. I played for Metalist 1925 through Instant resalt against strong favorite Dynamo Kiev. The first 3 games I set in FMRTE all tactical attributes assistant 18-20, Game 4, 5 and 6 I put tactical attributes on 12 - this is the average randomized level of all assistants in game.
