Playing PSG with my Toulouse team is bordering on the ridiculous! My players wont tackle but when they do it is ALWAYS a foul. Neymar and Mbappe in particular just run through or behind my defence for fun... I have tried the some of the advice of man marking the DLP and lower the defensive line but seems to make zero difference. Starting to think it is just something built into the game... However you may have to be pro active dr dl work better with an attacking WB. The AI ay not use a DM or AMC.However you can take them off if not needed. Capacity is great but it's a very short pitch and, as the pitch isn't ours, I won't be allowed to change the dimensions. It's almost square! Old Pitch New Pitch As I mentioned a few posts above, I've been using Tea 4312 to great effect for 4 seasons now but that was on our 105m x 68m standard pitch, not this 90m x 85m one. I've not tried anything on this kind of pitch before. A few posts above the one you quoted is my other post about which tactics I've used on our standard pitch over 4 seasons. My No10 is the one man marking. you can see clearly he's dropping back to follow his man. the shape now looks more like a 4231, so i would recommend that you choose a AM who is also comfortable playing in CM. a little concentration, positioning, teamwork and work rate is a bonus! Keep missing out to my mates Bayern on goal difference (2 seasons back to back haha!) He he has Lautaro Martinez, Mbappe etc. I want to use a different 4-2-3-1 tactic. There are a couple of tactics set up MM , however you still need to follow Rober's guide in google docs post. A 4141 could be used picking up their DM (or most defensive midfielder) with a MAZ A.
