Morning Peepz!

Been playing for a while now with different teams like Spurs, Sporting CP, AIK and Coventry... it was fun (but mostly annoying), so I decided to "go on holiday"! :)

Now, being stuck at home I felt like trying again. Basic gameplaying. New challenge.

Went to Italy on vacation last summer and spent some time in the Liguria/Tuscany regions... so SPEZIA became my team this time.

Decent team.

Added Arp, Esposito, Dantas and Kehrer on loans… (kehrer staying on loan for the third season now).

First season in Serie B: Champions.

Second season in Serie A: First loser. ;)

Using: !!!!!FM20.4.1VenomFaith442KnapVOL3P109FACC

Too easy!!

Question on developing youth with your training.

If they arent getting regular in the main team should I make them available for reserves/u18? Also how do I do that? ha

We have to investigate for youth training with double intensity, because fixtures of youths is not stable days and secondly we need to balance training schedules in a different way.

@Finknottle

A few of the links are lost for an unknown reason.

They should work when BLUE and underlined.

If a link does not work go to the next up go to download post anf then scroll down.

Wolves and Everton are sub but Newcastle aston  under at start of game.

@Cadoni With my youth players, i bring anyone from my under 23 or 18 to my first team, train them like i do the rest of my players and mentor them. I also make sure they are available to play for under 23 or 18 using my first team tactics. I know the results of the youth teams don't matter but my under 19 are unbeaten in 24 games scoring 171 and conceding 1 goal.

Hi @knap and @RDF Tactics

I would like to have your opinion. I'm doing a long game with a friend, he's using a sort of Beowulf 424 but results are insane.
Just to know, our teams are good (average are around 150-170), lot of regens. We only play match, no IR. Don't worry about team name we changed, nothing else is changed.
It's in French but players role are not the same as your tactic. Central Defenders are not in Defense but Cover, Wingers are support. Total of opportunities are between 4 and 8 per match, which is insane. A lot of goals come from throw ins/free kicks/corners (30%) and from long ball behind defenders and face to face (40%).

I put the last year standing, when he changes his formation, he only makes one draw (3 defeats and 7 draws before). Only 1 defeat in one year, all cups win. This year, 1 draw in 13 match in this capture but the game is now in April and it's 24 wins and 3 draws for him, +57 goals. Around 190 opportunitys for the team, against 130 for me (RDF 4312), 100 for Real Madrid...
With English national team, it's a carnage. He won Euro and World Cup with huge results.

By my side, I play with RDF 4312, I'm currently 3rd with a lot of "steal games" (more possession, more shots, more opportunities). Face to face games is around 80% for him, and never win away against this 442.

If this 424 is played with IR, it is totally not the same (65% victory, 20% draw, 15% defeat).

Don't hesitate to tell me why this 424 is working so well when we play with, which tactic could be better and what to do when you play against ! If you could :-)

Regards

Currently working on a "playmaker isolation" method for Fire and Water. Aim is to shut up their playmaker so they can't build attacks

70mins in, they have not created anything, possession stats are crazy are also dominating which tells me they're struggling. i identified Sam Field as their playmaker

1 reason why I seldom use APs as the AI will target that player with OIs.

too smart...would never had thought of that. And this is why i struggle to create tactics for the public haha

but look at this

HT with no playmaker isolation

FT once i set to take their playmaker out

How do you isolate the playmaker?
Pressing, tackle harder and weaker foot?

One of the AMC has PI "Mark Specific Player" - NOT mark specific position. That one will be the playmaker of opposite team.

You have to have an eye into this, because AI manager change things inside the game.

@markv1

Points with top team. If you are a top club like lpool in your league, you should be able to use any of the tactics. If you are a bit below then sub top. You can use sub top column just to restrict choice.

Are you using OIs with this? Or making any changes for away games? Really struggling to find a consistent away tactic having tried many from this forum!

love this game  also playing bottom of the league. they score a jammy early goal and a set piece to go 2-0 up. i have 5 clear cut chances and 8 half chances. go into the last mins 2-1 down. i get a corner in the 97th minute poor delivery, they clear the ball to there guy at the edge of the box who clears it onto my striker and the ball rolls all the way back into there goal and i manage a 2-2 draw. some of the chances i missed though ridiculous ! never mind at least i drew

How do we know who the playmaker of the opposing team is?

Analyst Report

This come with a cost in attack dept. since your AMC works both at defence & attack.
