KMan34 Posted March 23, 2020 Share Posted March 23, 2020 Hi @knap, I’m currently using the 20.4 4-2-3-1 Tea For One and it’s going well; won every trophy apart from the UCL with Chelsea in the first season with no signings (not like I had a choice lol). I noticed though, not just this formation but others too, that you set the LB narrower than the RB. If the LB is on ‘Sit Narrower’, the RB is on balanced and if the LB is on balanced, the RB is on ‘Stay Wider’. Is this intentional? I find that the RBs always outperform the LBs over the season, no matter who’s there. Additionally, I’m not sure if this is a result of the full back instructions but my AMLs get outperformed by my AMRs too. This is all on FMT on the iPad Apart from that, it’s a great tactic. I achieved the UCL final in first season with Benfica (lost on pens against City) and won Cup and was invisible in the league, won Copa America and Olympics with Argentina winning all games on both competitions. Some of my Key Players are from Loans. I started my current save unemployed and waited for the 1st available job opening-that was Peterborough. I took over early in the season and we were 23rd in Sky Bet League One and went on to win the League title outright. Did the same in the Sky Bet Championship the following year. At that point I was approached by Parma. With no depth, not much funds, the only way to add quality & depth was by Loans. Most of the players I have on Loan are returning to their clubs. The club is building a new stadium but I still don't have the the Youth System to compete without getting more players on Loan. I was lucky to buy Gilmour from Chelsea because I had him on loan the previous year and he didn't want to go back to Chelsea. Karamoh is a superstar. Many of the other top players on Loan. This was a "how many could you score" test, with some of the best players in the world for each position, so don't be shocked it you can't get 160+ goals in the league .
