Hovis Dexter
At the moment interaction with players in respect of their training is pretty limited. You can basically tell them that you are either pleased or displeased with them. I feel that this could be expanded and more specific to the particular player. For example, it's very common for players to complain about the training they are receiving. One of the common complaints is that the individual training to which he has been is assigned is not beneficial. I have one player who has been complaining for the last three years that he getting no benefit from concentrating on improving his stamina. During this time his stamina has improved from 4.8 to 12.0. I would have thought that I should be able to point out the error of his ways. In another example I've a 15 year old, who has just joined the club, with stamina of 5. When I assign him to work on stamina he complains. Again, the manager should be able to tell him to get on with it and stop complaining.
