Players feel that the shooting coaching could be improved?

So I have a problem, some of my key players at my club over the last 3-4 months have started to complain about the shooting coaching, what does this mean? i've looked everywhere for a screen telling me about how to improve the shooting coaching but i cant find one. i'm currently 9 years into a newcastle save, and i have the best staff in the league, many of the coaches have a high technical and attacking attribute, so i have no idea why the players are complaining, any ideas on how to fix it are much appreciated.

Go to the coaches screen and check the star rating at the bottom and the work load. Normally just mean you have 1 coach with a high workload. Normally I have my worst coach doing a bit of everything to just reduce the workload.

From memory, the coach responsible for shooting should have high attributes for technique and attacking as well as the usual core 3 of determination, discipline and motivation
