Estimated game speed since update

Hope someone can point in me in the right direction, just wanted to start a new long term save on fmt, the game updated to 18.3.3 but now on the load up screen my estimated game speed is only half a star!!!! when last time i loaded the game i was on 4 stars, what is the reason for this?
