permanentquandary
What are the effects of having a Heavy individual workload vs Medium? Pretty sure the effects of Very Heavy mean the player won't develop as fast.
herne79
Basically the higher the intensity the more prone to injury your players may be and/or the more open to complaining they may become which can affect their morale. An injured player won't train at all and an unhappy player won't train as well as a happy one. But too light a workload and players may not develop as well as they might. It's about finding the right balance for your squad and individual players.
permanentquandary
So if they have a Heavy workload and are happy with it and not getting injured, does that mean they will develop faster than if I put them on Medium?

There are loads of factors that influence attribute development, not just training intensity, so to say they "will" develop faster is too simplistic I'm afraid. However we can say that if you increase the intensity you could improve the chances of more rapid player development and certainly won't reduce the chances, other negative factors (injuries, morale and so on) not withstanding of course. Like I said above, you need to find the right balance.
