Individual Training Intensity

Recommended Posts

Basically the higher the intensity the more prone to injury your players may be and/or the more open to complaining they may become which can affect their morale.

An injured player won't train at all and an unhappy player won't train as well as a happy one.

But too light a workload and players may not develop as well as they might.  It's about finding the right balance for your squad and individual players.

Changed the word from will to may there and that'll be more accurate.

There are loads of factors that influence attribute development, not just training intensity, so to say they "will" develop faster is too simplistic I'm afraid.  However we can say that if you increase the intensity you could improve the chances of more rapid player development and certainly won't reduce the chances, other negative factors (injuries, morale and so on) not withstanding of course.  Like I said above, you need to find the right balance.
