I am looking at creating a database with no pro/rel for Europe's top 5 leagues (England, Spain, Germany, Italy, France). I got bored of the typical teams in the typical leagues and therefore I have put different teams into different leagues. I would like to get rid of pro/rel to keep the keeps in the division they are assigned too instead of having 3 Championship teams enter into my new Prem.
