Some good news today. Both Webster and Stevie Smith completed 90 mins with no problems for the reserves in a game against Dunfermline. Kevin Thomson also played 60 minutes and should be in the squad for Aberdeen on Saturday.

We won 2-0 with goals from Rory Loy and Dean Furman. icon14.gif

There is no doubt now in my mind that Adam obviousley has an incriminating picture of the Gaffer, taken at last years staff party- surely there can be no other reason for his continued inclusion, especially away from home?

Racing cert now that he scores two tonight.

possibly the best performance from the team since the Hibs game in late December I reckon, Davis and Baz were brilliant icon14.gif Nacho doing what we know he can being upfront and JCD showing us what he can do - albeit for 45 mins

defence didn't really have a lot to do, don't think McGregor made a save but anything that had to be dealt with was icon_cool.gif

thought this could have been a banana skin for us, but in all quite an easy win with some style for once

Couple of people I know weren't too confident about him signing but I knew he'd be quality icon_cool.gif.

Easily MotM the last two games, strolled it tonight. His passing and movement were brilliant tonight.

Hearts such an awful team now

thats the hearts team that won their 4 previous games outside the OF, shows you something about the SPL eh </div></BLOCKQUOTE>

Didnt help having their best player sitting in the stand awaiting his air ticket to Norway

Another rip-roaring display of Total Football from the champions tonight by all accounts. Something for Chick Young to fill his weekly BBC column with at least.

Suppose we'll just have to do with our ref-assisted, long-ball ugly win tonight.

Absolutely shiting it.

Long ball game didn't do O'Squeal any harm, how some peoples memories have faded eh.

Four points clear and romping it \o/

the holy one was probably supporting Hibs or Hearts back then, until Celtic started winning again

There was very few flighted balls all night tonight (if you don't include the ones which Dailly and Cuellar mopped up from the maroon end).

Let them carry on with it though. It gives them something to justify their position.

They already have the ref's up at the top of their "why we aint top of the league" list.

Anyone's fault but their own, but when they're winning, not even a little chirp. mmmmmm

Thought we played very well tonight and got a great win as a result. The game seemed to pass Ferguson by a bit as he wasn't his usual busy self and Dailly and Davis both got involved more than him.

Wouldn't worry about the anti-football claims. Anyone who watched the game tonight will know we played some good stuff and battled hard for a well fought victory. Hopefully this will be a catalyst for a final push and start winning in style again rather than struggling like we have been at times.

The arrival of Davis and the return of Thomson will be a welcome boost to the engine room.

at the end of the day we aren't top of the league due to complacency around december time (this was probably due to the amount of injuries we had) and that rangers haven't dropped anything since then.

it'll all go down to the OF games as the other teams are so poor. dont thinik anyone can predict what is going to happen as we have only had 1 meaningful game in over a year and that was ages ago. may the best team win icon_wink.gif
