MRCHDG
So I told everyone I offered a new contract that we are aiming for promotion to the top div the coming season. Then the bloody team meting want let me say what is reasonable given the context and ambition. Bla bla avoid relegation at best safe mid. Of course everyone is gutted. The interaction part is so frustrating when it's not well written.
doIT49
I feel you. I hate the team meeting before the play offs in England too. If I'm booked like an underdog I have to tell them that if we gonna lose it's not the end of the world. So, they are relaxed and all. Almost all the time I lose in the playoffs because my players are relaxed and waste brilliant chances in front of the goal. So is frustrating. phnompenhandy
Same, I bloody hate that. Everything's tickety-boo - morale is superb and we play the bottom team to easily bag the title, then they respond counter-intuitively to this damned imposed team talk and we've lost the game before we even take the pitch
