Post-match analysis

Are you watching games at least extended if not full? 

I used to look at my own teams stats but during a loss found it better to look at the opposing ones, see what I did wrong. E.g. lots of crosses from the right and my LB is poor or needs support. 

Only real thing I look at post match is average positions

in the end, post match can't really help as he game is ultimately over. You might learn something for next time but it'll be a different game. 

If your stuggling to understand anything in particular then please repost with this question. A general understanding will be harder to teach
