GriffiN94 Posted August 25, 2016 Share Posted August 25, 2016 I'm someone who goes on holiday inbetween games and it's annoying when a player moans about something and you can't reply because you were on holiday at the time. This then causes the team to be unsettled and I feel it can easily be avoided allowing you a few days to respond , or if you're on holiday wait till you're back so you can respond. Could always make another tick box to come back from holiday if a player wants to talk , or even give the responsibility to the DoF or assistant manager.
